Andy Johnson will have a late fitness test for Everton’s clash with Boro while Arteta still has a chance to make it apparently. Boro have their own problems with Mido and Tuncay touch and go to start. Villa meanwhile go to Spurs without Carew on Monday with Petrov or Harewood in the frame to start.     Surely Andy Johnson is just a no go area for fantasy managers at the moment!?

    Does anyone else wonder how they award the bonus points in the FPL game? Do these guys even watch the matches?!

    I believe the 3-bonus-points is for the man of the match. Have no idea about the 2 and 1 bonus point.

    Supposed to be bonus points awarded on 3 most influential players. Used to be based on Actim stats but from last season onwards it’s some kind of “panel od experts” who obviously have their favourites. Consequently, it’s a bit random if you ask me !

    How in the world did Arteta manage to pick up *no* bonus points in the Everton-M’boro match?? Who’s assigning the points? Roman Abramovich??

    haha, the first time i noticed the bonus points were a bit strange was in the arsenal match a few games ago where fabregas scored two and made the other one, was official man of the match, and then they gave it to gilberto who barely touched the ball.

    Yep Petrov, and Ronaldo (scored the winning, and only, goal, looked the main threat all game)- surely worth at least one bonus point? Surely?!

    I’m not too happy at the moment. Had Barry. Four goals for Villa and Barry still walks away with only two points from the game…

    yeah i had petrov and was sure to see the bonus points…but noooo

    and i had barry since the beginning too. he setup two of the goals by corners too, unfortunately they were flicked on. just wait for villa to get some penalties though, his goal tally will soon rack up especially with a more attacking villa side and reocoker covering for him
