King arrival threatens Dempsey value
Marlon King is set for a return to the Premiership after Fulham had a £5 million bid accepted by Championship Watford today.
King has appeared 26 times for the Hornets this season, bagging 11 goals and 3 assists. He made just 12 appearances in Watford’s relegation season, after being cursed by injury early on. He still managed to notch 4 goals that year and should some potential as a bargain fantasy purchase.
Fulham are in a desperate need of striker having scored just five goals in the last eight Premiership matches. King is assured of a start then and fantasy managers will be watching closely for the deal to be closed in the next 24-hours and for his arrival in the various fantasy games in time for the weekend.
Those managers with Dempsey in their ranks will also need to monitor Hodgson’s team selection against Arsenal at the weekend. There’s every chance that the bargain midfielder will be moved back to a familiar role wide on the left, having played up front for most of the season thus far. That would certainly affect his fantasy return over the rest of the term.

Good news. I just swapped Clint for Nzogbia.
If King is priced lower than Bent, he might be a great bargain.
This week I”ll start Hart in goal, with Laursen, Lescott, and R. Ferdinand in the back; Ronaldo (C), Nzogbia, Cahill, Petrov, Fabregas in the middle; and Adebayor, Anelka up top.

My squad is:
Hart, James
Mellberg, Lescott, Campbell, R.Taylor, Onuoha
Fabregas, Gewrrard, M.Petrov, Bentley, Cahill
Torres, Berbatov, M.Bent
Transfers
James - Niemi or Fulop
Mellberg - Laursen
Onuoha - Carragher
Torres - Viduka or Smith
Are these good transfers?

Hey Ollie,I would hold James to play this weekend and then get rid, then play Hart.
Yes Laursen is a decent transfer in as is Carragher… but Viduka or Smith?! You serious? I know King Kev will have an impact.. but I would wait and see. it’s a big gamble and would that could pay off but I for one would wait and see.

Sorry for posting this again lads… but anyone any idea if Brown will play this weekend or is he on the way out?

Hi Chris. I’ve a feeling that Brown will get a recall for one more game. Neville got a slight hamstring strain in his reserve comeback so the only factor I believe is whether Ferguson leaves O’Shea at right-back. It’s a gamble but I’m currently 60-40 that Brown will play.

Brown is 5/4 favourite to be keegans 1st singing, so if he does have one last game, get shut quick. It will be like the Jan sales
Also, Beckham is 16/1 to be Keegans next signing.
I will keep you updated if Jackie Milburn’s prices come in.
