Wednesday’s Dugout Discussion

Filed under: Site Features - Posted by: Mark

Gameweek 24 draws to a close at Craven Cottage this evening, with Roy Hodgson’s Fulham side facing up to basement club Portsmouth in a bid to end a run of five straight league defeats.

Thousands of Fantasy Managers are clinging to the hope that they can milk some extra points from the likes of Schwarzer, Hangeland, Duff and Zamora. Surely Fulham can stop the rot and bag a few against Avram Grant’s outfit?

The team news finds immediate debuts for Hodgson’s deadline signings. Nicky Shorey starts at left-back, while Stefano Okaka looks set to partner Zamora up front. Zoltan Gera misses out through injury so Greening comes into the midfield. As for Pompey, they bring Belhadj, Yebda and Dindane back into their lineup, while new capture Quincy Owusu-Abeyie starts on the bench along with Ricardo Rocha.

With Spurs taking on Leeds in an FA Cup replay this evening, there may just be some entertainment on the cards. Enough to share with your fellow Fantasy Managers in our Dugout Discussion chatroom which is now open.
