One of the big trends I’ve seen this season is the need for a full squad, cutting back on heavy hitters if necessary. IMO, all 15 or minimum 14 of your squad need to be leading pick (not strictly nailed on) in their position and capable of more than 2pts. This reduces rotation damage and allows you to cherry pick fixtures…

Daniel - WC time finally !!! says:

That is rule that is true always for the Christmas period. Later in the season that is not that much needed. One good 5th midfielder would be enough

I see your point and in previous years would agree. I think it’s fair to say the Prem has taken a step up this year though. Much of the top six (seven even) now have enlarged their squads and consequently rotation is rife amongst the very players with the best points! I’m looking at you City, United, Chelsea, Spurs, Liverpool and Newcastle. NOT ARSENAL THOUGH LOL

Valencia has been better by miles of late but for this fixture would’ve kept Nani esp after what he did in the reverse. Torres (C) ftw – this GW only.

Stupidly bought Jones at 6.8m, now looks like he’s dropping to 6.5m tonight. Already used my FT. Worth taking a 4ph to someone else? Or just grin and bear it until GW24 WC?

      Hiphopopotamus says:

i HATE my players dropping in price so i’d be looking to get rid. With fixtures not being that favourable i’d definitely take a 4ph – especially as i want an excuse to put Raylor (and Cahill when at Chelsea) in.

i am guessing they are staying, would have thought decision would have been made by now unless they wait till full week fixtures are played.
either way it seems if you dont agree they are assists then you are jealous.

    markjneve says:

I think the decision will be tomorrow, the Aguero one v Arsenal recently was the last game of the week if I remember correctly and they had to sort it before the gameweek shut. With that one Aguero had the assist removed much to my annoyance as he was my captain. Therefore I think the PA will sit down and review everything tomorrow morning.
