We’ve had the ball in for an examination – we’ve screened it for fibres from Hatem Ben Arfa’s boots and we can now reveal that the results were inconclusive. The forensics proved nothing – Quincy has let us down.

As you may have guessed, last weekend’s events at the Sports Direct Arena and the Fantasy Premier League’s assist ruling provides the topic of discussion for this week’s ScoutCast. Wrapped around that, Mark and I throw in the usual regulars and I try my best to keep my chin up throughout, despite the widening mini-league gap.

Bring this week’s episode in for an examination via this link. Or stream the evidence from the handy player below.

    Dempsey to Sess.

    You can always get him back in GW35 and have him for the DGW.

    Have as many productive players as you can for GW34 and worry about GW36 later.

    Let’s be honest, most serious players will probably end up taking a hit to bring in extra DGW players in GW36 anyway so is not a major tragedy of you have to take a 4 pt hit that GW.

    Morning all. I wouldn’t usually post an RMT but I have a puzzle. Having been upwards of 100 points behind my mini league money leader I am down to just 19 pts. We have half of our squad the same.

    Me

    Vorm Sorenson
    Verm Jevans Caulker Williamson Kelly
    Tony V Bale Sir Clint McClean Walcott
    Rooney RVP Suarez

    Him Vorm Hilario
    Kompany Jevans Caulker Raylor Kelly
    Bale Sir Clint Siggy Young Myachi
    Rooney RVP Ba

    I am worried about his Myachi double DGW and I only have 9 players max for wk34

    I was thinking about binning Sir Clint with his fixtures, covering Myachi (wk 35 onwards) and adding prob Jags for DGW instead of Kelly.

    Any suggestion

    Many thanks

              exactly the same as me. i currently look like:

              Krul – Mignolet

              Valencia – Bale – Walcott – Yaya – McClean
              Rooney – RVP – Cisse

              Want Siggy and Sess, don’t think I want Yaya & McClean (although this is a massive side ways move)

              Kelly also needs to go for Baines prior to GW36 (have the cash)…

        not he’d come in in 36.

        Could just get Jellyfish

        Getting him in gives me the option to go Huth and VdV or Kaboul and Lampard.

    China Mag what is the latest news on likely Toon defence, is Perch out as well now? Was planning to play Mignolet over Krull but if defence is in tatters maybe Krull will get more save points.

    Rightyo, sorry for the long post but I’m down to these 2 options now – if anyone could let me know which they think is best and why it might help me decide what to do this week! Thanks!!

    CURRENT SQUAD
    Migs, Bogdan
    Kompany, Skrtel, JEvans, Caulker, Shotton
    Dempsey, Walcott, Valencia, Siggy, Surman
    RVP, Rooney, Suarez
    Bank 1.8m, 2 freebies

    PLAN A
    GW32: Shotton -> Turner/Rangel
    GW33: Dempsey & Suarez -> Bale & P Cisse
    GW34: Surman -> Sess
    GW35: Save
    GW36: Kompany, Valencia & Rooney -> Baines, Mata & Adebayor (4 point hit)

    PLAN B
    GW32: Shotton -> Kaboul
    GW33: Dempsey & Suarez -> Bale & Bendtner
    GW34: Surman -> Sess
    GW35: Save
    GW36: Kompany, Valencia & Rooney -> Baines, Mata & Adebayor (4 point hit)

    Basically comes down to Kaboul & Bendy (A) or Turner/Rangel & P Cisse (B)

      Have you figured out who you would end up benching between now and GW36. This is the key especially for the midfield and attack.

        Surman for GW32 and GW33
        The 4DGWers in GW34
        GW35 is tricky, one of Walcott/Sess/Valencia/Siggy
        Walcott for GW36

          If you end up benching Sess then save the GW34 transfer as he wouldn’t be worth it in the end.

    JEvans, Verm, McAuley
    Siggy, Bale, Valencia, Demps
    RvP, Rooney, PCisse

    Krul, McClean, Caulker, BAE

    some open issues:

      Verm over BAE?!?!?! Not for me personally. I would have thought that Spurs are going to concede less against Sunderland than Arsenal against City…..Irrespective of who is home.

      Jukesy says:

      Krul (Siggy likely to be involved in Swansea goal so less of a blow)
      Verm (I think Newcastle will score, City at home isn’t as bad a fixture as it may have been before)
      Dempsey (Still think Fulham can grab some goals against Bolton, even if they are away)

    Evans – BAE – Caulker – Cahill – Kelly
    Valencia – Bale – Walcott – Yaya – McClean
    Rooney – RVP – Cisse

    First to three wins and many thanks in advance..
