      I don't know what the qualifying from FFS reserves is Christina. I've a tough game this week.
      
      I doubt I'll make the top 1K, but it will give us both something to aim for next season. You have as much chance with a couple of odd goals and BPs.

        Don't write yourself off. It's tight at the top and It seems 1 pt = +/-100 ranking places. So it means a 10pt swing your way with other results going in your favour could make the dream come true!

I know, I know, a hit for a defender is a bad idea and a hit in the last week is a bad idea, so why does getting Clichy in to play instead of Turner seem a reasonable idea? (Man City are odds on to keep a clean sheet.)

Talk me out of it? (or into it!)

    Not sure though - the likely payoff for a clean-sheet is probably 1 or 2 points, so it's hardly a large payoff. (6 for a clean sheet minus 4 for a hit minus Turner's score (1 or 0 likely)). And that's only if City do keep a cleanie.

        Yes, I think there is a very good chance of 1or 2 pts more than the hit with a possibility of more. If it's only 1 more it's still a higher rank. But there is a risk.

      Have four fit (JEvans out), but McAuley home to Arsenal, and Kelly away at Spurs are surely only two pointers at best, and probably less than that. Hardly anybody scores against City at home, least of all QPR

        I only have 3 fit defenders - Huth, Vermaelen, Williamson but I am probably going to do Jelly -> Aguero rather than say Wheater -> Kompany as I will captain Aguero and think that I can potentially get 20+ points from him as captain. Williamson and Huth may only get 2, however, so may Kompany, he will probably get 6 but QPR will have to go all out attack if City score against them as they're gunning for a draw. I see the game as being 3-1 or 4-1 rather than 2-0, 3-0

  My strikers are RVP, Cisse and Jelly. I have enough funds to get any of those out for Aguero so it's a toss up between Cisse and Jelly. Jelly is at home and Everton's defence have been solid recently but...Cisse is Cisse and can score against anyone.....

  I'm probably going to be bring in Maloney too but playing both with Moses ahead of Valencia is a bold move. u wouldn't want to see a 0-1 loss to Wigan & a thumping from Utd. I'd play Val ahead of Maloney... IMO.

    Lead is 24pts. Just trying to keep on to my lead and win the ML. The £60 first prize doesn't even matter. Just the bragging right, especially since it's my brother chasing me down.
    
    Totally different position to last year. Last year I was in 2nd, 9pt's adrift going into fix 38. I gambled and ended up losing by 4 pts thanks to Walcott coming from bench to score 7pts for him and my man Coleman getting a red!
    
    Would be nice to beat my highest ever rank of 4711th. Maybe even get below 3k if possible.

        I know, It's my 2nd year of trying(and failing!) Last year there were teams that were ranked higher in the world(below 100th!) than what they were ranked in the Reserves!

  For me I can see Rooney scoring 1 at best, and jelly I feel will at least get 1 but roo does tend to get baps so I see why your asking because on paper it's marginal, if I had to pick-jelly.

    Thanks for the heads up on Jelly 😀 and in regard to Ozil, Portugal will definitely test Germany, so that's a good point as well. Only problem is that I would have 3 Polish players if I brought in Piszczek. Thanks for the input.

Aguero or RVP for captain?

Aguero - Has the easier fixture but I can't help but feel that QPR will park the bus as they only need a point to survive.

RVP - Tougher fixture but with WBA having nothing to play and it being Woy's last game they could be going for it and leave some nice gaps for Mr RVP.
