Set Piece Takers Table Now Live

Filed under: Site Features - Posted by: Mark

Another piece in the Fantasy Football Scout jigsaw for the new season was restored this evening, with the Set Piece Takers table published and added to the top menu bar.

Andy has rinsed through all the Premier League clubs and added details for all the Penalty, Direct Free Kick and Corner/Indirect Free Kick takers. When it comes to Penalties and Free Kicks, the players are listed according to the current perceived pecking order.

As we get more data from the pre-season matches, we’ll be refreshing the table accordingly. Plus, once the season starts, we’ll be keeping this table up to date to reflect any changes and pecking order shuffles for each team.

    Chuck Norris says:

I know you should save your wild card for later in the season but has anyone given any thought to making a team just for GW1&2 and using the wildcard in GW3?

    Here’s my attempt:

    GW1:

    Federici (DGW)
Cole (DGW) – Rangel (qpr) – Gunter (DGW)
Silva (SOT) – Hazard (DGW) – Sinclair (qpr) – Guthrie (DGW)
Aguero (SOT) – Torres (DGW) – Graham (qpr)
    Subs: Cerny/Cuellar/Demel/Sess

    GW2:

    Aguero -> Rooney

    Federici (sun)
Cole (NEW) – Rangel (WHU) – Cuellar (RDG)
Silva (liv) – Hazard (NEW) – Sinclair (WHU) – Sess (RDG)
Rooney (FUL) – Torres (NEW) – Graham (WHU)
    Subs: Cerny/Demel/Gunter/Guthrie

      Brian (Not the messiah) says:

I’ve planned a team that will be good till gw8 (then its an international break) but I’ll probably just end up w/c after gw4 or so if I’m missing lots of key players

    Good morning fellows!

    Hazard, Siggy, Dyer, Noble, Maloney
    Rooney, Aguero, Vaz Te

I think my team lacks dempsey, and a city defender, what do you think?

How about Torres – Bent – Tevez for up front. Can’t see why Tevez wouldn’t start up front with Aguero, Balotelli’s probably been slacking all summer.
