yupp, that's me! yeah jk, parm and I all play in la liga.

you're welcome. don't think caz is a great fantasy prospect. if you look at the 3 games arsenal has scored 3+ goals he has 1 goal and 1 assist from those 3 games which in sum had 12 arsenal goals....

yeah i know.. and i am also playing in serie A.. along with other admin pratik..got the team US pescara..

and yes caz is the one player who is capable of scoring or giving assists..but seems like not the right time for him at the moment..

    bale + pienaar > walcott + afro (-4)

    or pienaar + michu > afro + morrison/ramirez/lallana/sterling (-4)

what do we think of either of those? too knee jerky?

I'd ditch Pienaar for Fellaini and I'd get Ramirez, I think he can be a differential. Give Michu a couple of weeks. However he didn't score a lot since he is playing as a striker

Taarabt, Santi & Ba -> Walcott, Puncheon & Aguero. Puncheon would then be bench fodder every week.

well you wont want to pick qpr the week after when they play united so that means you'll either have to play them home to saints or away to sunderland in gw 14

week after next pool away to swa and newcastle away to sot so i'd say pick which one you'd want to play in gw 13 and then play the other one this week

Basically can't shake the feeling that my defence is currently all potential little results.

    Baines Sagna Bardsley Boyce Demel

I figured that the middle three at 5.4, 4.8 and 5.0 were good value for attacking returns and decent cs potential. I could also play 4-3-3 if my midfielders had an awful week. I don't think I'm totally off the mark, but it's going to require a lot of patience. Particularly as boyce looks ripe for downgrading to a 4.0er.

IMO bardsley has similar chances of a cs when you consider home and away (because stoke cs is very much a home thing), has greater attacking threat and also has a DGW comubf up. Plus it's not the best week to bring in a stoke defender away to another home team, west ham

Bardsley has only started one game so far... he's not a miracle worker! We'll have to see if he can help Sunderland threaten more. It'll be him and Johnson in the right.

If I did downgrade him it would either be a stoke or Norwich defender, or gorkss if I really want to save money

I think Cuellar will score as many as Bardsley will. Bardsley only scores from long rangers every now and again. Cuellar will be up for corners all the time. In fact he nearly scored against Everton. Gardner got in his way.

Neither is exactly explosive but cuellar's attacking returns amount to 2 assists in the last 2 seasons, I'm not really getting my hopes up. At 0.3 difference I'm betting on the possibility of attacking returns, bardsley fell nicely in price towards cuellar

Cuellar still has the advantage for me with the odd header from a set piece. As a Sunderland fan I love Bardsley but his goals were always screamers he belted from outside the box. There's more luck to those in my opinion. Whereas Corner threat is constant in games. Anyway, I hope he does deliver for you as it will make me extremely happy either way!

I got Sagna because statistically the united defence is actually worse (as well as in real life!) and he's 0.8 cheaper. We'll have to see if he can deliver on his assist potential.

If there were any other good cs options with attacking potential below 6m I'd take them. I tried zab, Richards, etc.

baines got 4 and the rest all got 2 or less. frustrating as i feel my backline is quite good.

honestly i'm not sure if boyce is worth it. i had him at the beginning of the season. they don't get enough cleanies (only 2 so far) and he has what, 1 goal so far this season?

wait are you a lakers fan?

are you asking about our results so far or the coaching situation or both?

results - nash is out injured, howard still not 100 percent and kobe is dealing with some injury as well. that means 3 of our 4 best players are either out or struggling with injury. and not sure if our bench is strong or deep enough. hopefully we can pick up someone to add to our second unit.

coaching - I'm really hoping Phil comes back!!! looks like theres a high chance of it happening but depends if our management will allow him to only travel for some away games and if they will give him more power over basketball decisions, and the money he's asking for.

Both really. I love how Metta World Peace came out before the season and said they were gonna win a record number of games, and then had the start they had. Your bench is shite because of Nash, Kobe, Gasol and Howard. The coaching situation is a bit farcical after only 5 games into season.

Don't worry mate, that was my initial plan but I have no enough of fund for that.
      Went for Cazorla->Fellaini instead 🙁

I'm proud to say I have Michu Fellaini and Cazorla in my team.

However if things doesn't change i might ditch Cazorla and maybe Michu because he didn't score a lot since he started to be a striker.

The price rises put Berbatov up 1pt (7.2 -> 7.3), but fiso had him at more than twice the threshold (around 61k versus 27k), and he's now at only 2%.

Shouldn't he either go up 2 points or be straight back at 100%+ ? Is it showing wrongly or have 27,000-odd transfers not been counted? Or is it just past my bedtime?

No, it must have been Tevez to Suarez since he had 0.6m in the bank and now he has nothing...

Or another transfer that used up 0.6m...

Oh I see...I took it that because he had 0.0m he couldn't afford Tevez > Suarez...interesting.

I hope Suarez gets a yellow next game...no offence 😀 I don't like him much

He did an early transfer last week as well, which worked wonders with price rises and a good score...

So I wouldn't be surprised to see him using a transfer to gain some value on Suarez this time, he does have amazing fixtures and is in brilliant form...

Yeah, but when looked at objectively. I see Ba as being Suarez's arch nemesis in value. Suarez looks great next to the expensive guys...but Ba just takes the p*ss for value if he gets back to banging them in once more. And I think Liverpool and Newcastle have about equal threat. Both are being carried by two players.

My brother's transfers before this GW (for a 4 point hit):

    Theo in for Santi, CAPTAIN
    Fellaini in for Michu
    Berbatov in for Jelavic

He has no RVP and his other 2 strikers are Aguero and Suarez.

    What a GW for him.

    Bego
    riise – demel – rafeal
    cazorla – HBA – michu – fellaini
    RVP – tevez – berba

i am thinking to transfer out clyne and wilson. maybe i could do just wilson and not take a hit. HBA is a possible transfer also…wilson and HBA maybe…..?

no idea, who i will (or can) bring in though.

Also is Michu or Walcott due a price rise or fall anytime soon?
