The Paddy Power Cup has reached the Quarter-Final stages and with our final eight now having qualified for the Fantasy Football Scout Shield at the end of the season, they turn their attentions to their next opponent, on the trail of cup glory.

Former Fantasy Premier League leader Iyad Zahlan and his side, Giavara555, was the name that everyone wanted to avoid but it’s MileHigh who gets the “privilege” of that particular match-up. The sure-fire certainty for the televised tie, MileHigh goes into the weekend sitting in 224 position in the world, just 218 spots behind Iyad, and will fancy his chances of a giant-killing, having enjoyed another climb in Gameweek 19.

JMS was the other high ranked manager in the draw. Now sitting 149th in the world, he will face Mr.KK in last eight, with “ange1range1” taking on “Ricky Smokes lets go” and “Wild Rover” facing “Tommy Tynans Left Shin Pad” in a stormy community head-to-head battle.

All ties will be played out over Gameweek 20 this weekend. Good luck to all involved.

      Doubt it, he brought Lescott on as a striker for injury time last game...shows you how little he sees him as a defender. I don't think he's ever forgiven him for that mistake against QPR

      Keep Michu. If you got him at a low price it will be expensive to replace and he might make it for fulham + his basically a striker. Hernandez not nailed on may be replaced by Welbeck it will be short term and you will have to waste a transfer to get someone else, maybe get berbatov, because he does well over this period normally and has rediscovered his form.

        Thanks. I got Michu at 8 so wouldn't be losing too much, and I've got Berbatov too. Fancy getting some Arsenal midfield cover in, but the only way I can get Cazorla is losing Bale or Mata which I don't really fancy. Tricky decisions!

    One for the techies

    When I was doing my dissertation last year and accessed the University Vista from home it seemed to stop the USB’s working on both laptops. I don’t know if this was the cause but it happened to both of them around the same time. My folks have the same Dell Inspiron 6400 as me and they haven’t worked since. Is there any way I can get the USB ports to work again?

      Nastasic I think. I don't know if Zabaleta is worth the extra cash if money is an issue for you. I know the WC is coming up, but you probably will never have to make a transfer due to long term rotation if you get Matija

    I realise the general consensus is that Bego every week is the option for a GK. I'd be inclined to agree, however, for those of us not lucky enough to have got him at his bargain starting price I ask, what is wrong with Vorm every week.

    The fact that Davies is so cheap is irrelavant IMO, he's cheap enough to be benched anyway and doubling on them for some fixtures is not bad at all. If you have Bego obviously keep him, but for the price of Vorm I don't see much better, the only other i see is Chensey, and Sagna and Gibbs are similarly priced and offer more upside. Byt the time I'm ready to wc Bego will be 6 million.

        because the price of Sagna and Gibbs is so close to that of Chesney, whilst Davies is a full 1 million less.

      What about Bunn or Guzan. I would never get Vorm personally with Davies at 4.2, don't like the idea of doubling up on Swansea's defence.

        Bunn is only good till Ruddy comes back, and I don't trust Villa. Bego is the best option for sure, but by the time I hit the point where I look to switch he'll be so expensive. I did think off DDG but we're not keeping CS and he could get rested at any given point.
