Just as Steven Gerrard dominated in the midfielders bracket over the Christmas period, Luis Suarez reigned supreme amongst the strikers. With five goals and two assists making him the most profitable forward on show, surpassing even Robin Van Persie’s FPL returns in the same window.

Nice squad. I don't have a problem with the cheap defence but do question Naughton and Harte in terms of pitch time. I am not sure about Turnbull either, but I assume you will just play Begovic for the rest of the season.

Was my original plan as well. Would have to bench Bale, Walcott, Michu or Berb then which didn't sound especially enticing. With Cole from the start I'll get to play my heavy hitters and save a hit. 😉

I would prefer Lambert to Puncheon too but I would have to get rid after the GW as am not keen to move forward with him in the squad. Punch is a great 5th midbenchman.

Mata will be Santi in GW23. The WC would give me Bale + 3 extra DGW players.
I do think Pienaar, Sessegnon and Tevez could have a good GW but this DGW is itching my finger to play the WC!
What do you think, is it worth it? Thx
