Rush. The best form of goalkeepers for the playground. A long-haired Canadian prog-rock outfit. A mustachioed goal sniffer and, sadly, a description of how Granville and myself had to approach this latest episode of the podcast.

With our studio slot limited, we had to skinny things up and turn this one out double-time. Nonetheless, in 26-minutes, we touched on all the regulars, whilst scattering the silence in between with the usual sniping between the pair of us. It makes you wonder what we waste the other twenty minutes on every week.

    During my WC plans I came across this dilemma:

    Ba + Marveaux (already have Mata if that makes a difference)
    or
    Lambert + 6.9 or below defender

    So how easy is it to stay in the top 20k after this wildcard..? Haven't played mine yet, but i get bored following the sensible moves, 'power five' etc, and i really don't fancy paying 14.1 for RVP. Cheers 🙂

        Agreed, I've thought it was pretty ridiculous after around 13.7, just too much to pay, too much that you could spend and benefit from elsewhere.

        Saying that, this site seems to be the land of 'Have RVP or have a terrible team with no chance of doing well.' haha

        not imo. it's only 1.1 difference to 13.0. with fellaini, michu, bego, suarez, bale, mata and team values around 107 - 110 this 1.1 price rise in rvp is not critical in any way.

            all im saying is palyers in general have raised a lot. the aforementioned 6 players something like 7.0M£ in total. you have to look at the big picture, you might have got someone else cheaper.

            for example athletico timbo (sorry for using you as an example =D) got rvp for 13.0 but he got mata in last week for how much, 9.9? some of us got mata for 8.8M£.

              Yeah but I sold mata a few weeks earlier. Unless you have a large value I don't think it's worth getting Rvp. There is better value elsewhere.

          Its more value for money i'm thinking. Although my team value is only just over 102 mil, which i sadly have to put down to not paying any attention to Fiso until about 3 weeks ago due to lack of knowledge of it before discovering this site!

        An Arsenal insider tweeted that Arsenal have made a 30M bid for an player he can't name.

        He seemed really blown away by the intent shown by the club with this particular bid.

        Then he deleted the tweet under orders from Arsenal. The player's identity will apparently be revealed in the media within the next few days.

      What you paid is only relevant if you want him back. I would get rid if he looks like being rotated all the time or keep if he is the number one. Only time will tell so keep for now.
