Yeah they should be allowed to do the first part but not the second bit i.e. get away with it. The press can report whatever they want, even if it is a blatant attempt to derail the club and upset the camp. What I don’t like is that the club and Sir Alex are the bad guys when they show these liars the door and essentially tell them to go f*$k themselves.
Both are within their rights to take the action they did IMO.
