  i am assuming Parker is 4.5 bench fodder. Not a fan of Williams can't see Swansea keeping many CS and also feel Michu won't be as consistent as last season because of the EL. I would prefer HBA over Mirallas or even both

      That's fast and you know it. I do use it regularly, but mostly trail running. Had it for just over a month. 212km at 6:18/km

        I do mine at 2km per run! I've only ever done 30km in total! I literally can't go any further after I've done the 2km. I can't carry on going at that speed for longer than that.

        Not sure you'll see this but usually run between 10 and 12. Long runs on the weekend.
        
        If you're looking for advice I'd slow down and see if you can manage 5km at 5 min/km and then build from there. You're burning yourself out too fast.

        I do, and yes. I would try do a few longer runs if I were you. 2km in 8 minutes is hardly worth putting your shoes on for.

Was on wildcard last week and changed team to the above leaving 1.9 mill to get Sturridge back following the highly successful Danny Welbeck 1 week punt I had last week. Now Moyes has decided that Rooney is a striker again my plan is in turmoil.
I really want Sturridge for the weekend and would want Rooney/Soldado/Sturridge long term but price is against me so it looks like Soldado will have to go instead.

Should I do Welbeck>Sturridge this week and Soldado>Rooney + Rio>5 mill centre half (eg Hangeland) 4 point hit next week

Or Welbeck>Sturridge this week then Giroud>Rooney + either Rio>4 mill or lose £1.2 mill from downgrading a midfielder and if so who?

Or do i just stick to my original plan and just hope I get by without Man United cover and maybe change Ben Afra if Valencia or Young cement a space in future.

P.S i hope you get a right bad dose o the shits this week Moyes!!!!

Opinions pls, Do we think Jose will feel obliged to start Lampard against Fulham? I need rid of either him or Nolan to bring in Ben arfa. Looking at the comparison tool, and judging by west hams lack of strikers. Would it be wise to play ben arfa, lamps and Walcott in midfield? Or is Lampard going to be on the bench for the first hour?
