Tricky one - no one particularly appealing around that price. Dropping down a bit, you've got Whittingham, Januzaj, Barkley... Otherwise you'd have to try to squeeze some funds from somewhere else and go up to Cabaye, Ramsey, Lallana territory.

If Aguero comes back and starts out scoring negredo by lots I will downgrade Ozil to Ramsey to makeup the funds.
