As Tottenham’s momentum under Tim Sherwood continues to build, two of their first-team have emerged as leading contenders for our Fantasy attention. Since the departure of Andre Villas-Boas, Emmanuel Adebayor has played a part in six (three goals and three assists) of Spurs’ 11 goals over five matches, whilst Christian Eriksen has chipped in with three goals and an assist.

With 36 points apiece in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game, many wildcard drafts currently include one of the duo in light of Sherwood’s penchant for attacking football. Both are still very favourably priced, with Adebayor slightly more expensive at 7.8 to 7.3 and, as interest intensifies, we cast an eye over the pair’s recent displays and also compare them to other options in their respective classifications.

    I have been to the gym every day since new year...

    Not a resolution, just told myself I would go every day, rather than going 5 times a week and saying I go every day. Feel great about it. Would not recommend if you plan to work after.

        Just make sure that as soon as you have left the gym, you go to bed ASAP, to let your muscles recover. Don't leave any work until after the gun either. Do it all before. Even if you can be arsed doing it, it won't to be to best if your ability.

        I got a decent multi gym in the sales too, since all fitness stuff goes for dirt cheap after Christmas. Would recommend to anyone for the times you have a spare 30mins or so and can't make it to a gym. Best purchase of my life. As you can see, I am a little obsessive.

        Frees up funds. Means people with low TV can get a great team. Although some Arsenal attack is essential, they are sharing the goals a lot. Maybe some decent punts in Cazorla and Wiltshire. We will see.

                Agreed. I went my own route and got Boruc and Mannone. They dont rotate well like Marshall and Mannone do, however the Blue Birds' back line is a bit shaky with Ole. Get the best of both worlds with B&M.

      I'm none of the above, but the latter would tempt me. Nolan is a great punt, but would moniter him over the games, and check on Ramsey's form/fitness and decide then. Can't really give a correct answer until then.

    So i got Ki and Eriksen before everyone did. Did so because i wasn't paying attention to the football and liked what i saw of them in the highlights. Sold Eriksen for Ki before Eriksen's goal and assist.

      If I knew Hudson was nailed on I would be - fixtures rotate very well with a few teams.

    I'm a bit hesitant about the following choice.

    A) Wilshere and Azpilicueta
    B) Cabaye and Brown

    Rest of the team:

    Boruc (Davis)
    Kolarov Gibbs Coleman (Chester)
    Hazard Silva Lallana (Colback)
    Suarez Aguero Sturridge

    'A' would allow me to have a good bench option each week, i.e. one of the 4 big defenders.
    On the other hand 'B' would allow me to go Cabaye Wilshere next week if I want to and perhaps save me from a possibly annoying benching dilemma in future gameweeks.

    What would you recommend?

              How about azpi instead of kolorov who will probably only play every other game, then get someone budget to rotate with Chester, like ward for example. Would that give you enough to do wilshire to Ramsey?

            More than enough to grab a big haul, and he's fixture proof IMO. Scored against ARS, MUN, TOT, CHE, EVE, SOT and NEW this season - 9 goals against these teams
