The title summons up imagery of Granville straddling me at the Potter’s wheel, lovingly helping to craft a clay creation as we unite to sculpt out a Van Persie bust – in true Lionel Ritchie’s “Hello” style.

That’s probably lost approximately half of our potential audience who are too young to recall the analogy. The other half are likely to be repelled by the image of Granville and I caught in a Swayze/Moore-like clinch.

      I wouldn't want to be in a position where Rvp hits form and you swap him out for Kun's DGW.

      I honestly can't see how we will be able to afford Rooney/Rvp + Kun. For most it will be Silva/Yaya + Mata and Kun.

      Good questions Zep. Like your good self I and many others are playing with these options.

      At the moment I am going big in midfield with RVP up top. However my defence is very light and prone to rotation. So I think I'll be forced into a better balance. With so many decent £7m mids in form I think will help.

      PS. I like your last option best. Rotate AJ or cheaper with J.Rod.
      Or AJ > Noone after HUL and J.Rod > Ade??

    Who's on your shopping list?

    I've been looking into the defense crystal ball, here's mine
    - the second best City defender (kompany just costs too much - their schedule looks inviting)
    - 1 WHU defender (either a healthy Reid or Lescott on loan)
    - Jagielka

    I feel like my mid/fwd situation is ok for now, and defense has been ok, but the schedules aren't as hot as they were (think Bardsley, Mert, Ward) 3 weeks ago.

          Yep, the second team will leave you with no City attackers which is a big risk with their goalscoring rate. Yaya and Studge will give you consistency, RVP and Eriksen is more of a punt but could come off massively!

        Thing is if i go with Lallana he has 5 solid fixtures. Mirallas i can look to boot anytime.

        Eriksen and Lallana are the steady eddies while Mirallas and AJ are the unpredictable ones with higher ceiling.

        Genuinely think Lallana is another class.
