Finally, the bottom two go head-to-head in Wales, as Cardiff and Fulham attempt to clamber out of the drop zone.
Those matches lead us up nicely to the concluding match of the Gameweek, where league leaders Chelsea entertain Spurs at the Bridge. Leader of this week’s Captain Poll, Eden Hazard, carries the armband hopes of many as Jose Mourinho’s side look for a win that would stretch their lead at the summit to seven points.
