We analyse the display of Arsenal’s new wide man against Palace, the QPR front pairing at home to Hull, Liverpool’s ever-improving youngster, Southampton’s delivery under Ronald Koeman and United’s weekend scorer in the 2-1 home loss to Swansea.

i did think about that .... but i choose lamela because ericksen seems too popular choice .... especially in private league where i play .... so i tought maybe lamela can be key differential .... well probably i'm wrong 🙂

Another n00b question. A clarifying question. Apologies. The Barclays fantasy game is all about total points earned and not team value, correct? Outside of pride, there's no reward for having the team with the highest value at the end of the season. If that's the case then, any profit made when selling (transferring) a player is all about the the opportunity it provides to add a more productive player to your roster.

That's correct - no reward other than the possible increased spending power, although this can have diminishing returns.

Alright, looks like I'm gonna do this:
    Howard, (Myhill)
    Lovren, Debuchy, Cahill (Vlaar) (Bruce)
Sterling, Ramsey, Hazard, Henderson (El Ahmadi)
    Rooney, Costa, Bojan

    1 FT
    Nothing in the bank

    Lovren>Clyne
    Henderson>Sig
    -4 pts

Yeah, I know it's a waste to take a hit on a defender, but I need it to be able to afford Hend>Sig, unless any of you can suggest changing one of my players to a slightly cheaper option?

Hello! Im new to this so bare with me
PS: Ive used my wildcard up!
    My team game week 1:
    Howard (Mannone)
    Baines, Vlaar, Lovren (Bruce, Blackett)
Hazard, Sterling, Tadic, Rodwell (Siggy(This was an accident!!!))
    Bojan, Costa (C), Sturridge

    Scored me 54 points.

    My changes:
    Lloris (Myhill)
    Dier, Vlaar, Chester (Bertrand, Hutton)
    Sterling, Tadic, Fabregas, Ramsey, Siggy
    Costa, Sturridge (Berahino)

    My questions are:
    Who should i captain?
Who should i start at the back?
Should i get rid of Bertrand for a starting 4.0 defender, then replace Berahino with someone like Carlton Cole, Naismith or even Vaz Te, and then replace Tadic with David Silva?
Should i put Berahino as a starter for Sturridge because of MCI vs LIV?

Thanks for the help in advance 😀

Not quite sure why you have used your WC already. 54 points is a decent enough score and we are one week in.

Dier looked okay but Vertonghen and Walker will be back soon and will play more regularly. Your defence looks very weak to me.

      Rest looks good

This is my team right now

    Begovic/Gilks
    Caulker/Ward/B.Davies/Luis/Dann
    Sterling/Fab/Sig/Mata/Wanyama
    Austin/Costa/Sturridge

Since Dann is injured and with Luis/Davies not starting should I use my WC now? If not who should I change?

Deciding on Coloccini over Debuchy proved a good choice.

Asked a few times on here last week and the general consensus was "if you have Debuchy you have to play him...."

Note to shelf. Though advice is useful, always go with your gut. 😉

Thinking Jovetic (who's about to fall 😕 ) to Remy looks good tonight...?

Remy's offensive stats from last week were mental. Thoughts..?

      Too late. Transfer done.

Risky I know but can't stomach a Jovetic fall, benched Monday scenario, and then further falls.

      Got to go.
