Lets say I have three players from Norwich and also Naismith since the start of the season. What happends to my team when he Naismith becomes a Norwich player now?

Suddenly I have four Norwich players.

Yes. That is what happens, and it can stay so unless you sell one of them.

However, it is probably loudly irrelevant because your Or is most likely on the worse side of 2 million if you've got 3 Norwich players for the whole season.

*3 Norwich players + Naismith for all season.

Thx for the info, and luckily the example is just made up out of nothing

You won't get many FPL points.

Your next transfer out has to be one of your Norwich players, but you can keep them till then.

I once lost to a dead team in the Cup which had four Chelsea players.

According to Di Marzio, Lavezzi's agent is in London to negotiate with Chelsea.

Average player for a relegation battling club. Makes sense.

        😆

He's a very good player though. Just inefficient in the penalty box, but excels in many respects. Definitely a better player to relegation battle than Shelvey, and will be cheaper too.

Was tongue in cheek but I do actually think that since he left Napoli, he's very much flattered to deceive. Seems to have no end product at all.

This, and not in shape at all. Too much partying in Paris...

that's just rubbish, all based on one time when he said he likes to always have fun. He's not known to Parisian night clubs, or there's no actual information (even though sports journalists have looked for this) of him partying in Parisian night clubs. He's a family man and enjoys life in Paris because he can be a normal guy on streets without everybody recognizing him. This has been covered well in few interviews already and he has told that while he appreciated the passion of the Napoli fans, the life there was quite painful because the fans intruded his privacy all the time, like coming by boat to his house (and private beach) and so on, and he could not go to public places without being harassed. He couldn't live in peace there, or could, but only closed to his house. At Paris, what he meant is that he can actually have promenade with his wife, go to a café and eat in restaurant, take his son to movies. Not to go to clubs and party.

This is a common misconception, he's got some end product, and in fact arguably more efficiently in PSG than in Napoli:

Blanc era at PSG has been his most efficient time. His shots/90 almost halved when he moved from Serie A to Ligue 1, but in first two Blanc seasons his goals/90 were still about the same and even better as at Napoli. So, he shot loudly less, but at way better conversion rate, in fact an outstanding 20% rate (L1&CL). In Ancelotti's PSG, he had his best goals/90 ever - if you only look at the CL matches, but that's a very small sample. He scored 0.8/90 during 9 matches CL run which is Messiesque. Far from "not having end product".

However, I agree that there's a problem that while he does tactically correctly everything that his coach wants (a big plus and the reason why managers love him) when he should make a decision of his own he often gets it wrong.

In short, he's a good dribbler and passer, excellent finisher, and is a relentless runner and never shies from his defensive work, but he shoots when he should pass and dribbles when he should shoot and so on. Kind of painful to watch, because he clearly can do a lot well but most of the time ends up frustrating you.

Imo very good player who has served his team well and would have served any team well, but I have one worry about him. He is a proper winger and is past the winger peak age now. He's never going to accomplish his peak level dribbles and runs anymore. maybe for one or two matches, but then will always fade. This has already started to show.

I think the best example are his dribbling numbers exactly. This is what he did most at Napoli, for tactical reasons as it was a counter attack team compared to PSG that is a dominating possession team, but it also was the "dribbler peak age". He completed between 2 and 3 dribbles per 90, from 5 to 6 tries, with rate from 45% to 55%. At his best season that got him the transfer to PSG, he completed 3 out of 5.3 tries per 90, with 56% rate. At PSG he's tried about 3-3.5 dribbles per match and complete 1.4-1.5 of them, with a 40%-45% dribble success rate. Totals have come down, but rates have been fine for a wing player and haven't come much down then, and the little change that there is can be partly contributed to the fact that now he has to play against deep lying defences, so it's more difficult to get past the defender when you can't run at them with pace; and partly to an observation he just overachieved that one season. That can happen. This season, the sample is small, but he has only completed 1 dribble in Ligue 1. That's awful.

So there's a doubt he's still got it in him. He might have to reinvent himself. Maybe as a CM, or even as a striker. This is counter-intuitive to all those who think he can't score, but they're simply wrong. His finishing is fine. Another option would be to play a defensive winger à la Grosskreutz. He could still run for every loose ball, for some while, but probably not most matches of the season, and not many seasons any more.

Hope that ramble is of some use. At least you should be better informed of him if he joins Chelsea.

By the way, I don't imagine they're signing him to reinvent him as a striker. No hope of that.

Am I right to say, if Liverpool loses to Exeter (no more DGW) - there would be a massive sales on Moreno?

Completely wrong. The Exeter match is in the FA Cup, not the Capital One Cup, so if Liverpool lose then that would increase the chance of a DGW for them in GW25.

Actually wrong again. If Liverpool stay in the FA Cup it increases the chance of a dgw25. If they also get to the C1 cup final and therefore have a blank gw27 and no spare slot when the FA cup 4th rnd is played there is more chance of the gw27 match being brought forward due to fixture congestion later if Liverpool still in FA Cup.

Couldn't remember when I'd bench boosted - looked to see I did it in GW1 and had Mahrez(15), Adrian(11) and Azpi(6)! There were 34 points on my bench and 27 in my first 11!!

Starting a 24 hour shift now... so I will be on here alot for the next 24 hours!
    So... first question -
If you could be the manager of a premier league club that you don't support, who would you manage?

    Second question -
3 players you would sign from the lower English leagues?

What do people think about Norwich signing Klose and Naismith?

Don't know much about Klose but I think Naismith could do well

Good players for a Championship level team.

Naismith is certainly good enough for the PL and would walk into most teams in the bottom half. Proved that last season and when he got an opportunity against Chelsea this season.

Start two from these 4 to join Dawson:

    Nyom (NEW)
    Wolly (lei)
    Toby (cry)
    Williams (eve)

Nyom at home but Watford not on a good run.

Anyone assist me here? 2 FT, 0.0 ITB. Moving into week 23, what would you suggest?

Want to get Lukaku / Baines and Barkley in by dropping De Bruyne. Good idea / any other suggestions? Or would you save?

    Butland / Hennessey
    Ward / Smith / Cresswell / Wollscheid / Simpson
Mahrez / Ozil / Arnautovic / Payet / De Bruyne
    Aguero / Kane / Ighalo

What would you do with this lot?

Butland (Cech) ---> I know they're expensive goalies to have

    Simpson Toby Dawson (Dann, Wolly)

    Payet Mahrez KDB Alli Ozil

    Kane Kun (Deeney)

    1 FT & 0.4 ITB

    Is the bench order GTG?

    A> Dann to Moreno/Anyone else?
    B> Save?
    C> Anything else

    Thank you!
