Merry Christmas from Fantasy Football Scout

Christmas is all about family. About sharing. About goodwill to all men.

I do a bit of that, though my day also involves points hits, rotation concerns and whether Harry is going to blank at Wembley.

I don’t wish this on you but, deep down, I know it’s too late. You’re just as lost in this as I am.

So that only leaves me to thank you for reading this and, of course, on this special day, for all your support for what we do here at Fantasy Football Scout.

Having this link to thousands of like-minded folk, similarly happy to burn hours contemplating budget strikers, is a comfort and a massive gift in itself. So thank you.

While I urge you to rejoin your friends and family, or at least find a channel showing Die Hard or Escape to Victory, I should also remind you that our Scout Picks and Captain Sensible articles will be with you later today.

Eat well, drink relatively sensibly and enjoy the day.

      Worth dropping Kolasinac in draft for Robertson? Probably only a good option short term until Moreno comes back and they rotate and maybe Kolasinac will get some games in the hectic schedule?

        Keep. If he doesn't start vs Newcastle you'll definitely have a starter against Palace when Kane has his blank. If you can, roll the transfer and enjoy picking up a few spurs and west ham assets come GW22.

        Sort your defence. Mariappa dropped now. Too much in mid is killing your defence.

        You may have to look at a couple of hits. Chances are rotation going to mean you playing with non players. I'd never condone or advise a -8 but considering in your case with potential non players them -4 become -2.

        Sort the defence...Daniels and Ward to Kenny and Ogbonna/Masuaku is doable with one hit...hit is softened if you bring in a Wham defender since there's a DGW approaching.
