Line-Up Lessons – Gameweek 34 – Part One

Arsene Wenger continues his wing-back experiment, Antonio Conte rests some of his big names and Ronald Koeman swaps goalkeepers. Elsewhere, change is kept to a minimum on a busy weekend of matches across two competitions.

Here’s the first instalment of our Gameweek 34 teamsheet summary, outlining the trends and tactics on show and offering early insight into the likely line-ups to come next weekend.

Arsenal

Starting XI: Cech; Gabriel, Koscielny, Holding; Oxlade-Chamberlain (Bellerin 115), Ramsey, Xhaka, Monreal; Ozil (Coquelin 118), Sanchez; Giroud (Welbeck 83).

  • Gunners boss Arsene Wenger named the same side that beat Middlesbrough 2-1 for the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City.
  • Wenger rolled out the 3-4-2-1 formation once more, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Nacho Monreal operating as wing-backs. Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez were stationed in attacking midfield positions behind lone striker Olivier Giroud.
  • Wenger’s first substitution involved Danny Welbeck replacing Giroud in a straight swap with seven minutes of normal time remaining. Hector Bellerin then took over from Oxlade-Chamberlain at right wing-back during extra time, with Francis Coquelin brought on during the final few minutes in place of Ozil to help shore up the midfield as Arsenal finished the match in a 3-5-1-1 formation.
  • Given that the Gunners have won their last two matches using three centre-halves, Wenger looks likely to stick with the same formation for the home clash against Leicester City on Wednesday – and probably for Sunday’s trip to Tottenham Hotspur. So unless Shkodran Mustafi recovers from a thigh injury, the back three of Gabriel, Laurent Koscielny and Rob Holding could remain unchanged. Bellerin might see some minutes at right wing-back, while Kieran Gibbs is a possible alternative to Monreal at left wing-back for the Foxes clash, with the Spaniard set to start against Spurs. Welbeck could come in for the Leicester fixture, with Giroud perhaps more likely to get the nod in the north London derby. In central midfield, Coquelin and Mohamed Elneny are options to provide fresh legs on Wednesday night in place of Granit Xhaka and Aaron Ramsey.

Current Status: Fairly Settled
Risk Areas: Wing-Backs, Central Midfield, Lone Striker

Bournemouth

Starting XI: Boruc; A Smith, Francis, S Cook, Daniels; Fraser (Stanislas 72), Arter, Gosling (L Cook 44), Pugh; King (Moussett 84), Afobe.

  • Eddie Howe made two changes for the visit of Middlesbrough to the Vitality Stadium, with the fit-again Dan Gosling replacing the injured Jack Wilshere, while Ryan Fraser was recalled in place of Junior Stanislas.
  • Gosling partnered Harry Arter in central midfield in the 4-4-2 formation, with Fraser returning on the right wing.
  • Gosling’s afternoon only lasted 44 minutes, as he suffered a further setback. He was replaced by Lewis Cook in a straight swap. With 18 minutes remaining, Stanislas took over from Fraser on the right wing, while Lys Mousset came on for Joshua King for the final six minutes.
  • Gosling is now a major doubt for Saturday’s trip to Sunderland, so Lewis Cook looks to have a good chance of earning a starting spot in the middle of the park. Fraser is the favourite to start on the right wing, although Stanislas does provide a viable alternative.

Current Status: Settled
Risk Areas: Central Midfield, Right Wing

Burnley

Starting XI: Heaton; Lowton, Keane, Mee (Tarkowski 46), Ward; Boyd (Gudmundsson 62), Hendrick, Barton, Brady; Barnes (Agjei 75), Gray.

  • Clarets boss Sean Dyche only made one alteration for the home encounter against Manchester United, with Andre Gray recalled in place of the injured Sam Vokes.
  • Gray was stationed as the lone striker, with Ashley Barnes operating in the support striker role in a 4-4-1-1 formation.
  • Dyche was forced into making a change at half-time, with James Tarkowski replacing Ben Mee, who had to come off due to an ankle injury. Shortly after the hour mark, Johann Berg Gudmundsson was introduced for George Boyd. The Iceland international played on the right wing and Robbie Brady moved over to the opposite flank. Dyche’s final substitution saw youngster Daniel Agyei replace Barnes as Burnley switched to a 4-4-2.
  • Mee will need to be assessed after picking up that injury, with Tarkowski set to deputise for Saturday’s trip to Crystal Palace if he is ruled out. Vokes missed yesterday’s match with a hamstring problem, so the Welshman could struggle to be fit for the weekend. Barnes and Gray look set to keep their places in attack then, with another change most likely to occur in the wide positions, where Gudmundsson and Steven Defour provide alternatives to Boyd and Brady.

Current Status: Settled
Risk Areas: Central Defence, Flanks, Forwards

Chelsea

Starting XI: Courtois; Azpilicueta, Luiz, Ake; Moses, Kante, Matic, Alonso, Willian (Hazard 61), Pedro (Fabregas 74); Batshuayi (Costa 61).

  • Antonio Conte made five changes from the side that lost 2-0 to Manchester United for the FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham Hotspur, with the fit-again Thibaut Courtois and Marcos Alonso starting at the expense of Asmir Begovic and Kurt Zouma. Elsewhere, Nathan Ake came in for Gary Cahill, who missed out having been struck down by gastroenteritis, while Willian and Michy Batshuayi were surprise starters in place of Eden Hazard and Diego Costa.
  • Ake started on the left of the three-man defence, with Alonso returning at left wing-back. Willian was stationed on the right of the front three, with Batshauyi operating as the central striker.
  • With the match level at 2-2, Conte decided to bring on Hazard and Costa in place of Willian and Batshuayi shortly after the hour mark. The final change involved Cesc Fabregas coming on for Pedro, with the Spaniard playing just in front of N’Golo Kante and Nemanja Matic as Hazard moved next to Costa to form more of a 3-4-1-2 system.
  • Up next for Chelsea is a home clash with Southampton on Tuesday night before a trip to Everton on Sunday. Hazard and Costa will be fresh for the Saints clash, so they should return in attack. Fabregas could be an option to start at the expense of Matic in central midfield, while Cahill looks set to be in contention having returned to training with Ake likely to make way. For the trip to Goodison Park, Matic is still probably the favourite to partner Kante in the middle of the park. Willian could also start one of the next two matches, perhaps sharing pitch time with Pedro.

Current Status: Fairly Settled
Risk Areas: Central Defence, Central Midfield, Right Wing

Crystal Palace

Starting XI: Hennessey; Ward, Kelly, Tomkins, Schlupp; Zaha (Van Aanholt 78), Cabaye (Delaney 83), Milivojevic, Puncheon, Townsend; Benteke (Campbell 88).

  • Eagles boss Sam Allardyce was forced into making one adjustment for the trip to Anfield, with the fit-again James Tomkins starting in place of Mamadou Sakho, who was ineligible to face his parent club Liverpool.
  • Tomkins partnered Martin Kelly in central defence, while Allardyce opted for more of a 4-2-3-1 formation, with Yohan Cabaye pushed forward into the No 10 role.
  • After taking a 2-1 lead, Allardyce made a slightly defensive first change, bringing on Patrick van Aanholt for Wilfried Zaha. The Dutchman played at left-back, with Jeffrey Schlupp stationed just in front of him on the left side of midfield. That was followed by another defensive move, with Damien Delaney entering the fray for Cabaye. That saw Palace switch to a 5-4-1 system, with Delaney joining Kelly and Tomkins in central defence. Fraizer Campbell replaced Christian Benteke late on to provide some fresh legs up front.
  • Up next for Palace in a home meeting with Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday night, before they host Burnley in Gamweek 35. Allardyce has stated that he may have to make “huge changes” for Spurs’ visit. He will almost certainly recall Sakho in central defence against Spurs, with Tomkins likely to make way after suffering an ankle problem late on at Anfield. Van Aanholt will be expected to start at least one of the next two matches at left-back, but providing the front six are fit enough to start both of the next two fixtures, that could be it in terms of changes. James McArthur provides an alternative in central midfield, with Bakary Sako an option in the wide positions – Yohan Cabaye or Jason Puncheon would seem the most likely to make way should Allardyce freshen up his midfield.

Current Status: Settled
Risk Areas: Central Defence, Left-Back

Everton

Starting XI: Stekelenburg; Holgate, Jagielka, Williams, Baines; Gueye (Lookman 45), Schneiderlin, Davies (Barry 46), Barkley, Mirallas (Calvert-Lewin 72); Lukaku.

  • Ronald Koeman only made one change for the trip to West Ham United, with Maarten Stekelenburg recalled in goal at the expense of Joel Robles.
  • The Everton boss kept faith in the 4-2-3-1 formation, so Ross Barkley, Tom Davies and Kevin Mirallas were again selected in the attacking midfield positions behind lone striker Romelu Lukaku.
  • Following a lacklustre first-half performance, Koeman decided to make a double substitution, with Gareth Barry and Ademola Lookman brought on for Idrissa Gueye and Davies. Barry played alongside Morgan Schneiderlin at the base of midfield, while Lookman was stationed on the right wing, with Barkley taking over the No 10 role. The last change involved Dominic Calvert-Lewin replacing Kevin Mirallas on the left wing for the final 18 minutes.
  • After a disappointing performance at the London Stadium, Koeman may consider making changes for Sunday’s home clash with Chelsea. Lookman, Calvert-Lewis and Enner Valencia, who will be available again after being ineligible to face his parent club, all provide alternatives to Davies and Mirallas. Barry provides another option in central midfield, while the Everton boss could consider switching to a three-man backline to match Chelsea. If so, that would probably see Matthew Pennington earning a start in central defence. Stekelenburg earned a surprise recall at the weekend and, after keeping a clean sheet, may keep his place in goal.

Current Status: Fairly Settled
Risk Areas: Goalkeeper, Central Midfield, Flanks

Hull City

Starting XI: Jakupovic; Elmohamady, Maguire, Ranocchia, Robertson; Markovic (Huddlestone 82), N’Diaye, Clucas, Evandro (Hernandez 46), Grosicki (Dawson 89); Niasse.

  • Hull head coach Marco Silva made two changes for the home fixture against Watford, with Ahmed Elmohamady and Evandro recalled at the expense of Michael Dawson and Tom Huddlestone.
  • Elmohamady returned at right-back as Harry Maguire shifted across to centre-back. Evandro played in the No 10 role in the 4-2-3-1 system, with Sam Clucas dropping back alongside Alfred N’Diaye at the base of midfield.
  • After going down to 10-men following the sending off of Oumar Niasse, Silva decided to introduce Abel Hernandez for Evandro at half-time. That change saw the Tigers line up in a 4-2-3 formation, with Lazar Markovic (right) and Kamil Grosicki (left) flanking the Uruguayan in the central striker role.
  • Pending any appeal, Silva will be without the suspended Niasse for Saturday’s trip to Southampton, so Hernandez is expected to lead the Hull attack at St Mary’s. Dieumerci Mbokani provides the other option up front. The Tigers boss could consider recalling Dawson at centre-back, with Maguire perhaps moving to right-back at the expense of Elmohamady. N’Diaye and Clucas look set to keep their places in midfield, although Huddlestone does provide a viable alternative and Clucas is also an option to start in the No 10 role in place of Evandro.

Current Status: Slightly Unsettled
Risk Areas: Right-Back, Centre-Back, Central Midfield, Lone Striker

Liverpool

Starting XI: Mignolet; Clyne (Grujic 84), Matip, Lovren (Alexander-Arnold 79), Milner (Moreno 82); Wijnaldum, Lucas Leiva, Emre Can; Firmino, Origi, Coutinho.

  • Jurgen Klopp was able to name the same side that beat West Bromwich Albion 1-0 for the home clash against Crystal Palace after Joel Matip and Lucas Leiva recovered from knocks.
  • The Liverpool manager stuck with his preferred 4-3-3 formation, with Lucas used in the defensive midfield role, leaving Emre Can and Georginio Wijnaldum slightly further forward in central midfield.
  • Klopp only began to make changes late on after Liverpool fell 2-1 behind, firstly introducing Trent Alexander-Arnold in place of Dejan Lovren. The substitute played at right wing-back, with Nathaniel Clyne and Lucas moving into central defence alongside Matip as the Reds switched to a 3-4-3 system. Alberto Moreno then took over from James Milner at left wing-back, with the final change seeing Marko Grujic replace Clyne. Grujic operated in central midfield, leaving only Matip and Lucas at the back as the Reds pushed for a late equaliser.
  • Adam Lallana looks to have a chance of returning from a thigh injury for Liverpool’s trip to Watford a week today, so he could replace Lucas in the three-man midfield, with Can moving into the holding midfield role. Other changes appear unlikely, although Klopp will hope Daniel Sturridge, who missed yesterday’s match due to a hip problem, is available to offer an attacking option from the bench.

Current Status: Settled
Risk Areas: Central Midfield

Part Two of Lineup Lessons, covering the remaining eight teams, will be published tomorrow.

Yeah, I mean he still can score a goal or two next match but his and Boro's potential was always much lower than Crystal Palace.

Thank to this madness I have a chance to catch up with top 3 in my ML as they went for Negredo/Lukaku captains, currently outscoring them in this GW by roughly 30 pts, so I'm not complaining 😉

    WC team:

    Cech, Pickford
    Blind, Alonso, Yoshida, Stephens, Holgate
    Sanchez, Hazard, Alli, Sane, King
    Kane, Gabbi, Rashford

0 in the bank! But if price swings go my way i should probably be fit to afford DDG instead of Cech. Could even use a FT next week to do DDG to Cech to catch his double DGW? Any opinions welcome.

      Rotation station with Rashford.

Would be nice to have Jesus but i just couldn't stump up an extra 2m from somewhere?

Jesus still isn't 100% sure thing either, just back from injury and could well be eased back into it and rotated himself.

I still have my AOA chip as well so that could help me one of the weeks and then use BB for GW 37.

I was looking at who i will be benching and i think i can manage, things will change yet too with injuries/suspensions so not reading too much into it.

That's why I'm think of going for Anichebe or T.Davies as fodder.

If Jesus is in the Sa quad against united I'll get him alongside Kane & Gabbi. If he's not I'll get Coutinho in a 5 man midfield for the time being.

Rashford I agree but not many better options out there for that price?

Blind i think is sure of a place, not like they have any other fit defenders? Mourinho could even rest Bailly for a game as he did mention about him playing a lot of minutes lately. Although i think both are sure starters.

Not sure on Blind, is he nailed on going forwards? Mourinho keeps speaking about smalling and Jones needing to be brave. Then again he talked about a Bailly rest too

      Not sure on Rashford either

Doesn't look like Smalling or jones are returning anytime soon though? They don't really have any other fit CBs so i think he's pretty safe.

Agree on Rashford. not happy with him but can't see any better options?

    2 FT's

    Jaku/Pick

    Walker Valencia Gibson (Yoshida Benaloune)
    Sanchez Alli King Zaha (JWP)
    KAne Benteke Lukaku

1.6m itb, prepping for DGW. Cech/Monreal an option? bit cheesed off with Walker/Valenica not starting games

I think I'll bring Cech in on 37.

Erm, Monreal might be an option, yes, but we (Arsenal) need to show some form... and do you really want to be bringing in one of our players ahead of the NLD?! I think not, unless you're benching

Gibson has to go, so he could feasibly become Monreal?

        Yeah I'm just thinking ahead,

We looked better yesterday, semi considering Holding as a poss after spurs game if Mustafi still out.

Stafi will come back. Think Stu is just a temporary thing there bro. Gabriel Stafi Kosc on the road to try to get 4th...

I would've said yes to Ake before Spurs closed the gap on chavs. Now they are actively defending their lead so I think they'll be playing their strongest side from now.

Neither (see below) - keeping them til the end of the season now. On fire, and not worth removing imo. However, I have had the fortune of wildcarding early and fitting in the "power set".

I'd be looking at maybe Alli given Eriksen loves assisting Kane when he's back in the side. Bigger differential, too. But give it another week or so yet and then take out whoever is performing 'less well' hehe

I agree on this - Why not keep both? Spurs have one DGW, and I'd rather have either than a rotation risk in a City mid or a more inconsistent attacker (Ozil). I understand the reticence in owning 3 Spurs assets, but I think that something like
        Alli, Eriksen, Sanchez, Hazard, Sane,
        Kane, Gabbi (Anichebe)

        Will be affordable and effective.

Hey dude 🙂 mind having a look at my 37 team below?

Yeah exactly this - when I was doing my WC I was just thinking those two are season keepers. I can fit in a Sane/Sterling and also have Sanchez sitting there, plus Haz is a mad 3-5-2... why the flip not!

      Probably Alli.

He's better than Eriksen, but I got him for 8.7, while I got Eriksen for 8.1.

This 0.6 makes a big difference.

On the other hand, everybody and their dog have Alli, so I am really scared to go without him. I'll think about this some more.

    Hi all

How's this looking for 37? Got a plan to get here from my current squad that I'd planned out when I did my WC 2 weeks ago:

    Cech Pickford
    Holgate* Luiz Bailly Yoshi Stones
    Sane Eriksen Alli Sanchez Hazard
    Kane Jesus/Gabbi Anichebe

    35 Kane for Kaku
    36: Sane + Gabbi/Jesus for Zaha + Tekkers (-4)
    37: Cech for Hennessey.
All have DGWs apart from Holgate, who has WAT H anyway so not worth removal. Surely not worth the -4 to get a bargain bucket.

Any weaknesses? Think I'm pretty damn covered there. 14/15 DGWers 🙂

    Thanks!

Looks great. Stones remains a concern but a hit would be silly for him. I wonder if you might want to accelerate the Cech move? Hennessey has a fixture away at City - a clean sheet seems very unlikely. Arsenal have a DGW on the other hand, and I think that Cech could pay for his hit, leaving the free in 37 for another option (Stones out for example if he seems unlikely to play)

Cheers mate. Wish I could accelerate the Cech move, but I absolutely have to get Kane in this week cos my GW36 transfers are already taken up by Zaha / Tekkers being gotten rid of. I suppose I could do Cech in for Hennessey in 36 along with Tekkers out for Gabbi (if it falls that way) for the DGW, and keep Tekkers for City! Not sure yet - good idea though. Will try to see how the moves fall out when we get to it 🙂

Stones is bloody annoying. He is, however, a £50m defender and Pep clearly rates him more than Ota. Just hoping he and Kompany get back together and have the run of games I wanted... at 4.7m he could be such a steal! Just need a return from him!!

How's your side shaping up? Having a good DGW here, moved to Tekkers (c) from Zaha on Friday night and it's paid unexpected dividends. Unusual captaincy success!

          Nice move on Benteke!

My gameweek is quite average so far. I'm having a nightmare with benching atm. Benched Baines 6 points and Holgate's 8 this week, and Valencia, Carroll and Maguire points last!

I could do with someone not appearing this week!

For 37, I'll be looking at an attack along the lines of:
          Alli, Eriksen, Sanchez, Hazard, Sane/cheap
          Kane, Gab, Jesus/Anichebe.

Very marginal but so glad I did - one of the guys on here made me think about it and I looked at the comparison tool in the member's area, and it was so clear from there.

Ugh yeah I know the feeling - I love a weak bench for this reason (Anichebe / def def is my current set up) so I have it all on the pitch! You wildcarded yet?

As for the 37, that's the same set up as me, then. I'd prefer Sane / Anichebe currently - only reason I'm looking at Jesus is if Kun is injured or 100% dropped and out of the picture. Otherwise I feel like he's a huge rote risk!

Yeah agreed - Jesus is a big rotation risk, but I could see him hauling. He looks a wonderful player.

I'm more likely to go with Sane and Anichebe atm. As an Everton fan I know all to well about Anichebe's injury risk, but he looks a fantastic option for the BB in 37 if he is starting. Had him sitting on my bench earlier in the season for his double digit haul, so I think I'm owed some points 😀

Yeah for sure. I can easily go for it actually as it's a bb and do Anichebe -> Jesus but it's all quite far in the future i suppose 🙂

Will have to hope the donkey does a goal at this stage I reckon though!!!

I agree with TM370—Cech may as well come in in 36 ahead of Sane (assuming budgetary constraints). It's dangerous planning this far ahead, but this is an intimidating squad on current form!

Yeah always is - I just have to because no WC, and also I have SO much money because I did Kun -> Tekkers I might as well have my targets in mind in case it suddenly all becomes unaffordable.

I think you might both be right and I should be looking at Cech sooner for the DGW - hadn't thought of that. Not the end of the world if Zaha plays one more match for me at city.

Got him exactly for this reason. He does bugger all usually, but is up front and so much more attractive than the 4.3 midfield options with DGW (Rodwell, anyone!!?) so he's definitely coming off the bench for me 😀

      Hi mate

You *can hold out one more week. I'd be looking at shipping Negredo for Kun/Gabbi next weekend to give myself a decent XI, then wildcarding as soon as the game reopens next sat
I used mine and will have Barragan sitting on my bench til 37 🙂 but yeah you need to get rid of those Boro assets asap.

I can afford any mid with money ITB, so if not WCing Negredo will be on the bench next GW and out as soon as deadline passes. 🙂 Just mad at my self for falling for him, after being against him. Lesson learnt, my mistake, time to chin up and move on. Fixtures fooled me. 🙂

It's just very irritating watching whole Boro trio in my team. Can't wait to ditch them all. 🙂

Yeah I know the feeling hah. I think it was just a mistake. I definitely see on here, especially throughout the course of the season, how you can be swept up in the hype of FFS :). I was burnt a lot by the Sanchez out Hazard in tidal wave earlier on in the season and lost about 50 points because of it, so I'm trying to not be as taken up by the hype than I was before! Think Boro was a bit of a red herring, but it could so easily have been a Sessesgnon situation Negredo... I'm just glad it was with Tekkers instead from a personal perspective (without sounding too smug).

You'll do fine mate. And enjoy ditching those Boro lads lol

Getting DGW's on the benh in GW37 for bench boost: Does it make that much difference.
    A) say an average of 4 pts per player which is optimistic IMO relates to 16 points gained.
    B) Spending on them outside a WC say 4 pts per player must be madness.
    C) the chances of getting injuries anyway in that week are high so an average of at least one sub would come in.

The Maths might not be that clear but manipulating 11 is enough for me.

Four players playing twice will accrue 16 points in appearances alone (if they complete 60 minutes in each match), so I would say that 16 is pessimistic.

        • 9 Years

I know but I am comparing with a bench boost in a single GW.
Using it in GW38 will average a very optimistic 16 point difference.

Compared with a bench boost in a single GW, it's questionable if you would gain more than the 4 hits back (assuming you have 4 on the bench that are nailed starters)

For the last 12 GW's, my bench has scored 93 points an average of 7.75 points per game (although one of my four is Amat who rarely plays).

I'd say 15-20 points is a very realistic target, even somewhat pessimistic as mentioned above. There will inevitably be rotation so it's perhaps optimistic to expect everyone to play 2 matches, but at the same time you'll get a clean sheet here, an assist there etc. for 20+ points hopefully. At least that's my expectation.

I would expect 3 points per player per game average on a poor week. That would be a 24 point minimum. I'd be happy with anything between 25-30 points from my 4 DGW benchers.

      1. Eze Really?
        • 9 Years

12 compared to a BB in a single GW. I must have explained myself poorly. Your calcs show only a 12 point swing then?

I dont think you need DGWs for the bench, although it obviously offers a higher ceiling. Like all weeks you need the best options. There is too much concentration on DGWs on here because we get excited about potential, and conflate that with an expected reality which often contradicts form, ignores rotation risk, or even leads to consistent players getting swapped for less consistent players with doubles, sometimes for hits.

For example - How many took a -4 hit to swap Alli/Erik for Sterling, and then a -4 later to swap them around again.

That example has less relevance given the proximity of the end, but I think selling effective SGW options for someone with one extra game is silly. King, for example, is the kind of player I could see punishing sellers in 37 and 38.

      1. Eze Really?
        • 9 Years
        6 years, 12 months ago

I agree entirely. Why chase a weak DGW player when say a Holgate vs Watford or a palace defender could reap nice rewards. I might save for GW38 but rotation becomes even more risky.

Cup final maybe the only doubt.

If you BB and WC left, is it generally agreed that I should WC after GW35 (for the GW36 doubles) and then BB in GW37?

Yes, I would only WC this GW if you also have the TC chip (like me)

Depends on your current squad. I am playing my WC this week

        It's currently this:

        Heaton (Foster)
        Valencia Walker Gibson (Mawson Love)
        Alli Sanchez King Siggy (Fletcher)
        Benteke Kane Lukaku

Will have to get some Southampton and Arsenal assets in, along with the GW37 big-hitters

That's a decent team, if you WC'd this GW you would almost certainly lose Tekker's who is potential captaincy material in GW35.

            Thanks!

Exactly - I want to keep him in for GW35. But the rest of the team isn't that solid to be honest.

I'll definitely lose Gibson for a Southampton defender on the FT, but given the rest of the players all have tough fixtures, in a bit of a pickle

Will come back to this once this GW is over, don't want to use the WC if I can help it

    kaku-> gabbiadini
    Walcott -> sanchez/ hazard
-4 should I go for it or no, keep in mind that I have no WC and I have to prepare well for the doubles.

Chances of The Ox starting as wing back for rest of this season and being classified as a defender next season?
