The 2016/17 season comes to a close this afternoon, with all 10 Gameweek 38 matches getting underway at 3pm.

We’re spoilt for choice in terms of armband options for the final round of fixtures, with the top three players in this week’s Captain Poll – Alexis Sanchez, Harry Kane and Philippe Coutinho – are serving up their highest hauls of the season in Gameweek 37.

Kane’s four-goal blitz at the King Power takes him two ahead of his nearest challenger Romelu Lukaku for the Golden Boot, while Sanchez welcomes Everton on the back of three successive double-figure tallies.

Throw in champions Chelsea at home to relegated Sunderland (Eden Hazard and Diego Costa both start) and Man City’s trip to a decimated Watford defence and it’s fair to say that goals look very much on Sunday’s agenda.

So sit back and enjoy the frantic next couple of hours’ action – it won’t be until August 12 before domestic action comes back our way again.

      Aim for the season was top 10k, was at 3k before the LEI-TOT game......

      Why oh why didn't I own Harry Kane? He's absolutely butchered my season at the death. 🙁

        Ferk! Change in BPS mean that I missed out on 2nd by 2 points :'( I genuinely feel gutted I didn't make first and I was because I got Hazard in instead of KDB for the DGW

        Mine are: Benteke, Yellowbas, early Championship come up shouts before they've proven themselves, West Brom defence (may consider old Gareth for goals), Gabbiadini, Phillips, Costa, Hazard (the true troll) and Zaha

              You would if you just left him in your team though. One of my aims next season is to give players more time. Missed lots of points from guys like Sigurdsson and Hazard by selling at the wrong time.

        I have to say this is a fantastic site...

        My OR was 300K in GW 26...
        I possibly started being regular here around that time...
        Since then I had all green arrows bar one GW.

        OR @ 13K after GW37.
        First ever ton in GW 37 (195)
        Second ton this GW38 - 107.

        Eagerly waiting for final OR.
        Was trailing in ML until GW 35 and have now comfortably won it by nearly 50 points.
        Also won 2 H2H leagues one with a nailbiting must win game this week...

        Once again many thanks to all suggestions here..I am sure I will be a member next season. My aim would be to finish in top 10K next season.
