An unprecedented summer podcast arrives following the Fantasy Premier League launch, as Jonty, Andy and Luke join me in the afterglow of a joyous day.

Technically “on the beach” and fighting back to full fitness, we nonetheless brave the airwaves to chime in on the price list, reclassified players and some early formation dancing.

We glory in the potential bargains, lament the overpriced and make bold claims on our lineups that will doubtless be reversed come August 11. If Andy has Chris Brunt in his Gameweek 1 squad, I’ll eat my Free Hit chip.

The FPL Draft game gets a rinsing, and we end the show with our proud declaration of our team ID’s. A conclusion that leaves me feeling rather inadequate even before a ball has been kicked.

      Not the worst team in the world. I'd prefer it if he signed a new deal or handed in a transfer request though. Too much money for someone who's future isn't clear.

          De Bruyne's a given. A great option but people trying to squeeze other 10.0+ players in their team means he is often overlooked. Will score massively.

          As in Kane and Alli/Eriksen. I've heard some are going w/o Spurs completely due to Wembley but I think I'm just go with one unless Trippier becomes an option.

      I'd go Alli early on, Eriksen often takes a while to pick up form and rarely hits the ground running, whereas Alli pops up with goals even when he is playing badly

      Really close call. Lanzini has 2 away fixtures to start. If West Ham start slowly this puts a bit more pressure on the 3rd fixture.

      Coutinho, he's on set pieces and often starts well. I'm not sure Can does start actually, in a 4-3-3 I would think it would be Henderson, Lallana, Coutinho, Mane, Firmino, Salah

      Coutinho always starts off well and played very well in his new deeper role. Mane being the extra .5 swayed me if they were the same or cash no issue I'd just go Mane

      Previous season he was a Chelsea player and now he is out on loan to Crystal Palace, Many think he will start, I still have my doubts..Tom Carroll is the next best 4.5 alternative

      Very nice, not sure I would have two 4m in defence and wouldn't go for De Gea, would choose another keeper. Would upgrade Benteke and probably downgrade Pogba
