“This is how the ScoutCast was meant to be” exclaimed Granville.

He’s not wrong. If you’ve successfully avoided this brand of nonsense to this point, episode 232 provides a less than gentle introduction.

Just don’t expect me to take a beating every week.

That’s certainly what pans out over this lengthy landmark episode which finds me rolling the punches after my “ill-timed” Wildcard.

Granville and Jonty take turns to dish out the blows, while Andy and Az make uncomfortable spectators.

Once the scuffle dies down, we do our best to address the latest community questions, assessing strikers, mid-price midfielders and the latest wing-backs demanding our attention.

But, for once, that forms the undercard for the “big fight”.

    Am I mental to be sticking two £3.9m players into my team to facilitate others?

    I have Heaton, Pogba, Gabbi and Stephens. I can go Eriksen, Firminho, and a £3.9m keeper (never rotate anyway) and a £3.9 defender.

      I really don't like Vardy and Firmino. Would scare the shit out of me not owning Jesus/Morata or Lukaku. My front line is Kane, Jesus and Lukaku.

        Danny - yep it's all a Risk....but that much cash up front surely comes at a cost to the rest of the team

        the other option is:-

        Alonso -> Zappacosta (1.1M)
        Atsu -> 4.5M (0.5M)
        Vardy -> Morata (-1.6M)

      Along with that front 3 I also have D Silva, Alli, Jese, Otamendi and Bavies. I plan to do either Jesus or Lukaku to Morata to free up a bit more cash to upgrade defence a little.

    Guys I'm doing this for -8

    Pogba + gabbi OUT
    Antonio + vardy IN.

    My reasons are

    1)Watched West ham game and Antonio was a class act and not too many nailed on players at his price, also fixtures aren't bad.

    2) Vardy is a natural goalscorer and Leicster playing well and most of all fixtures can't be much better so expect him to score a few sooner rather than later.
