The ScoutCast – Episode 235 – Swingers

Careering out of the international break at speed, the ScoutCast returns in anticipation of a turning point in our seasons.

We’ve been chattering for several weeks on the much anticipated “fixture swing”, and now we’re all set to put ourselves at its mercy.

What does it mean for our Fantasy line-ups?

In truth, with multiple transfers and Wildcards at our disposal, Jonty, Andy, Luke and myself started this latest episode still seeking our own answers. Over almost 90 minutes and with your community questions providing the steer, we do our best to reach some conclusions.

We weigh up Manchester United exit plans, Liverpool’s blunted attack and Jamie Vardy’s recuperation techniques, before previewing Gameweek 8 in the usual hap-hazard style.

This ScoutCast was first beamed live via our YouTube channel on Tuesday night. Be sure to subscribe to get notice of future live episodes.

If you’re a traditional type, you can acquire the mp3 audio version via this link on the first player below, or take in the full visual experience via the second player below.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Those who have wildcarded you can either panic and fret like girls or you can be a man and grab the situation by the scruff of the neck and use to your advantage.

    Your choice.

Have settled on this WC team.... MANNNN UPPPP

      Pope (Elliott)

Cedric Simpson Ward Fernandez ( Mbemba)

Hazard Coutinho Sterling ( TCarroll) (RLC)

      Kane(C) Vardy Lukaku

I know Defence is not strong Long term- but with Fernandez/Ward rotating well next few weeks and S'hampton and Leicter fixtures half decent I'm gonna have a go....
I think Hazard will now come to light with these fixtures/fitness back.
This uncertainty of Aguero/Jesus i m too unsure... So Vardy it is.

Impossible to tell, but a hit requires minimum a goal and a cs for the one in and 2pointer for the one´s out to even, but in times like this i usually take the hit as Silva looks a lot better as an option in the foreseable future, at least until Pogba returns...

Really good! Must have decent team value! Personally I'd get Coutinho ans Sterling over Salah and Silva and use the caah to upgrade your 4th mid. Why are you going Foster with those fixtures if you don't mind me asking? Surely Ryan, Hart of Begovic if you don't want to double up?
