If the 0.3m rise cap is true, I will still just about be able to afford him for next week. If not, I will happily go papisto. I’m leaning towards him regardless. An extra Ba rise would make my decision easier!!

We lost against brighton because we were missing 5 first team players (6 if you don’t count Barfa as first team). I don’t see pardew making him a scapegoat for that.

He was our best player against Fulham.
