Yes, that's what I meant. Sorry, really struggling with health currently. The labyrinthitis has me permanently feeling sick and fuzzy in the head - really struggled on Facebook live today. ScoutCast appearance at risk again, I'm afraid. » Read

Yeah, I've corrected that. To be fair, it's almost one slot rather than several positions up for grabs. It's five players, four slots. The back four and central midfield both appear nailed on. In many ways, in terms of positions, this is the most settled we've seen City for a good while. » Read

  3. The Treatment Table - Gameweek 10 22 days, 15 hours ago

I'd hope so but Poch cited fatigue as a factor behind the injury and also, he'd want him out of the England games. However, you've taken one paragraph in isolation. The next tempers that possibility, given Spurs have just dropped points at OT. » Read

  4. The Knee Jerk - Gameweek 10 23 days, 16 hours ago

Sure, but two GW's ago we were acknowledging Sterling starting five successive Gameweeks when available. I'd like to think that Sane is at the same status as Silva and KDB in terms of league rotation, but I don't quite buy it just yet. Perhaps Mendy's absence is a factor, with Pep feeling that Sane gives him protection when Delph gets forward. » Read

If Aguero doesn't score at Napoli, then IMO he's a certainty to start. Again, it's that record in a home match factor. » Read

I still feel Sterling has the edge - tied with Sane ppm and is 0.5 cheaper. If Pep doesn't have a system as you say and therefore we're assessing all his players on a level, then Sterling still looks a better option. Owning both is the other route, of course. I certainly prefer those two to owning one of the strikers. » Read

Sure but he's a presser on Tuesday. He'll be pressed to keep things vague against the backdrop of a Madrid tie. » Read

If not, we will have a clearer picture on who starts out of Aguero/Jesus vs Arsenal by then. If you were going to choose a fixture for Kane to miss, United away isn't at all bad. Particularly if you've got Jones who is now far more likely to get us points. » Read

Well he can’t be sure. They have got a training session to get through. Also, no manager will offer sure fire statements on selection ahead of such a fixture. » Read

Can’t see anything but Aguero, Jesus, Sane and Sterling all taking turns to miss matches. But I reckon the two central strikers will get rotated most - Aguero’s injury exposed a lack of options in that position so I’d speculate that Pep will have more concerns managing their fatigue levels. » Read

I think the question to him was “Is Kane a concern?” Even so, that’s not a lot to go on. We have to wait for Poch tomorrow to offer more clues. IMO if Kane had an issue I would have thought Poch would have not started one of Llorente or Son so he had a fresh Plan B for OT. » Read
