2 Free transfers to play with this team. What would you do??

    Bogdan (Mig)
    Shawcross, Caulker, Kelly (Evans, Clichy)
    Bale, Dempsy, Siggy, McClean (Valencia)
    Rooney, Aguero, Van Persie

I would like Peinaar or Jellyfish, If I move out one of those front three for Jelly I could upgrade McClean or a defender

So this is how my team is shaping up, after Walcott > HBA... Most likely looking at Tevez > JELAVIC for my remaining FT. Doubles in caps:

    KRUL
    Caulker - WHEATER - SKRTEL
    HBA - Siggy - BALE - DEMPSEY
    Rvp - CISSE - Tevez

    Subs: Vorm, Valencia, McAuley, Evans

    Tevez > Jelly Sound good?

Newcastle definitely needs to beat one of either one of Chelsea or City to get top 4. Thats how I would look at it. 1 loss between now and the end of the season might be ok.

Thoughts guys (caps are dbl)? Not sure what to do with last transfer:

    Vorm (Sorenson)

    JOSE ENRIQUE, WILLIAMSON, KELLY

    VDV, DEMPSEY, Siggurdsson, Valencia

    RvP, Rooney, PAPISS

    subs: Moses, Kompany, JEvans

    1.1 in the bank

Tempted by Valencia > Pie for the rest of the season? Sound reasonable?

I like Valencia for some points against MCI, but Pie could easily match those just by playing 2 games, and more points over the rest of the season.

Also, its too hard to lose Rooney as utd coverage despite playing deep

    Vorm
    Caulker-Verm-WILLIAMSON
    BALE-BARFA-DEMPS-Siggy
    JELLY-CISSE-Rvp

Should i take another -4 hit to take my total to -8 to bring in VDV??

Benching RVP is a great option actually. I could then consider selling Valencia for another DGW mid such as VDV/Dempsey/Mata. I want to sell Ade for a big hitting striker after the DGW.

If Ade plays he could be that essential cog to get Tot back into the points.

Mulling over my team and I have a few close decisions..

    Huth or Jagielka -
Huth has the goal threat but his team is on the wane. Also 2 home matches is always nice for defenders.
Less of an eye for goal but Everton's defence has been very solid lately.

    and

    Gylfi or Barfa -
This one's really annoying me. Gylfi could easily grab double figures v Wolves. He was class against Bolton as he always is and he's a player I like having because of how he plays his football.
Barfa obviously has the 2 matches but against a tricky Wigan and then a massive game against Chelsea won't be too easy. I bought him last night before rise (on wildcard) but I have to sell one later in the week for Bale.

Experiences from the last 2 DGW of Everton made me fear of their DF.. 🙁 IMO. The attacking threat from Huth made him a bit more interesting than Jags, but both games will be difficult for CS and also attacking points. Arsenal and Everton's defence have been in impressive form so far.

Do you have Cisse? I'm quite preferred Gylfi over Barfa. He's always looking for goal and has ability to convert the chances.

Very much still a work in progress bud. Waiting to hear more on Ade/Baines/Luiz.

VDV & Bale have the best fixtures. I'd get them both if you're getting Jelly & Cisse up-front.

ok thanks mate! im set on vdv now and leaning towards bale though pienaar's got wolves in 37. who would you say of bale and pienaar has more fantasy potential though (ignoring form and fixtures who's better in terms of position and style of play?)? bale right?

    Good morning again.. 🙂

Is A or B better, in your opinion, for taking Aguero & Sessegnon out ?

    A: Jelly + Cabaye/Barfa
    B: Cisse + Pienaar

Fixture + Form wise, I'm more confident with Jelly but 2nd in my league have Cisse and probably captain him.

Both forwards in form but i'd much prefer Barfa than Pienaar. And the fact that Jelavic has Wolves compared to Cisse having City in GW37 swings it. I know the mids will have vice versa fixtures but it's easier to bench a mid than a forward.

    Kelly/Cahill/Williamson (Evans) (Kompany)

    Vorm
    Caulker-Verm-WILLIAMSON
    BALE-BARFA-DEMPS-Siggy
    JELLY-CISSE-Rvp

    Currently on a -4 hit.

Should i take another -4 hit to take my total to -8 to do Valencia->VDV??

after that error from Pool's defence yesterday that lead to the lose, id easily choose Kelly over Enrique. Bale is a better attacking threat no doubt, but having Wolves after that is what temps me. and the thought of actually keeping him till the end of season is what made it easier for me. +everton can score goals now whereas Spurs has great DGW fixtures but no form.
