b is better for the long run, but i think there will be a few goals in arsenal spurs games, so bale would be a good choice for next gw.

    Jelavic Ba RVP

who to get out of Suarez and Berba and who to sell or keep it as it is?

That front-line is fine for the time being. Be wary of 'points-chasing', although long term I believe Suarez and Berba are better options than Jelavic, but not necessarily Ba.

Morning lads, reckon it's worth making any changes to the below team this week? No MCY for their home game against Villa is a concern, but then their fixtures after that aren't too great.

I'm thinking about Santi -> Silva this week, with a view to getting Arsenal coverage back in GW15 when their fixtures turn good. Best from the below?

    a) Santi -> Silva
    b) Save the transfer
    c) Something else

    Jaask
    Baines, Hughes, McCartney
    Bale, Santi, Fellaini, Taarabt
    RVP, Ba, Berbatov

    Federici, Michu, Cuellar, Clyne

I think I'd want Aguero the most out of their players, but can't really justify dropping RVP(nor), Ba(SWA) or Berba(SUN) this week for him. Would also need to take a hit, so I think Silva is probably the 2nd best option...

Just mulling over a man called Baines

Have him and trying to evaluate his worth. Looking on the defensive side; if I wanted Everton defense I could have Jags for 1.5 less or one of the others for even less than that. Much better value out there than the Everton defense though so there's not much of an argument on the defensive side for Baines.
Evertons run of nice fixtures come clanking to an end after wk 13 and Baines will find himself much more on the backfoot until stoke in wk17. His crosses and ability to get forward will still be there but the returns are scrappy from him for the extra money at this point. That fact he's on pens gives him the pull to keep.
So, if Baines to a cheaper defender freeing 2M, the question is would the upgrade from someone like Michu to Silva be worth it to let go of Baines attacking pts. Think my answer would be YES.

It's all a matter of personal preference really. The fact remains there is no-one in his league when it comes to defenders. He has absolutely everything.

      He is on penalties
He has arguably the best assist potential in the league...almost certainly for a defender.
He scores goals from time to time because he gets so forward.
He never has a bad game.
He never goes a game where he isn't 100% involved in the attack.
He can get you 4 points for a CS
He is capable of a monster score if he scores/gets a CS/assists/gets Baps all in the same game.
He is a baps machine. He got 2 this weekend and he kept no Cs, he assisted none, he scored none. But he STILL got 2 Baps.

    How's everyone doing this week?
I am not really pleased with my score,57, with the lack of Fellaini in my team.

Anyway, when's Demel coming back? West Ham defense looks really solid.

Got a decent 61 score. Not bad considering i had no fellaini at all. Gutted i didn't bank on stoke clean sheet and deploy another stoke defender.

He's the only Newcastle player worth getting though far from ideal because frankly they're hoofball this year. Only getting him for a big slice of a modest goalscoring pie.

Suarez I sold a while ago and is on 4 yellows.

So know one of them will score this week.

Hopefully owners will be hasty with Ba and sell him, reducing his price so I can rush him in...

I feel really bad for my PP cup opponent...he had Giroud, Berba and RVP up front this week and I still beat him by 2 points somehow.

That's 4 goals, 2 assists from his strikeforce alone. And I was 10+ behind yesterday thinking I was the one with the bad luck getting HIM!

Anyway, I hope I get a regular now in the next round! 😀

re-post to get views from different DZ folks

Ba to Berba for free? Comparison Tool says nothing much in it between the two players. NEW has better fixtures, but they are not playing too well at the moment. While FUL is scoring goals for fun, and Berb's price should rise, so there is profit to make.

    Yay or nay?
