FFS Paddy Power Cup – Quarter Final Draw

The Paddy Power Cup has reached the Quarter-Final stages and with our final eight now having qualified for the Fantasy Football Scout Shield at the end of the season, they turn their attentions to their next opponent, on the trail of cup glory.

Former Fantasy Premier League leader Iyad Zahlan and his side, Giavara555, was the name that everyone wanted to avoid but it’s MileHigh who gets the “privilege” of that particular match-up. The sure-fire certainty for the televised tie, MileHigh goes into the weekend sitting in 224 position in the world, just 218 spots behind Iyad, and will fancy his chances of a giant-killing, having enjoyed another climb in Gameweek 19.

JMS was the other high ranked manager in the draw. Now sitting 149th in the world, he will face Mr.KK in last eight, with “ange1range1” taking on “Ricky Smokes lets go” and “Wild Rover” facing “Tommy Tynans Left Shin Pad” in a stormy community head-to-head battle.

All ties will be played out over Gameweek 20 this weekend. Good luck to all involved.

1ange1range1Vs.Ricky Smokes lets go
2JMSVs.Mr.KK
3Wild roverVs.Tommy Tynans Left Shin Pad
4Giavara555Vs.MileHigh

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    USB Ports

I right clicked on the first usb port in Device Manager and selected "update driver software"

How do you want to search for Driver software? Automatically doesn't seem to do anything so Browse for driver software on My Computer seems my only choice but I don't know where to go from here?

Let me pick from a list of device drivers on My Computer gives me 3 choices for each USB Driver

    Example

    - Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CB (Intel)

    - Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller - 27CB (Microsoft)

    - Standard Universal PCI to USB Host Controller

The price changes on this game are frustrating. Kicking myself for missing out on last night's Bale rise, but needed a little more thinking time.

Planning to do Aguero + Puncheon > Bale + Lambert

    Would you, for a hit?

Hmm, Bale's price is going to fly up though, and Aguero may not even play.

I'm not willing to drop Mata/Cazorla so there is no other way to get Bale in..

Dammit. So many good players are doubts at the mo.

Price changes.tonight mean this is the last day I can do Baines > Davies and Sterling > Walcott. When Walcott plays he is the best but there's so much doubt over that - starting with the possibility he might not even be at Arsenal when the DGW comes around.

That's what I'm worried about, that he moves in the january transfer window.

Favourites for him are chelsea at the moment as sturridge replacement which seems like a reasonable enough rumour.

I prefer walcott for price savings against cazorla

I love having Cazorla in the team I support but not my fantasy team. Reading outlier aside, Cazorla fires a lot of blanks. But the walcott gametime is maybe too uncertain.

I personally don't rate Caz as a fantasy player either.

If bale, mata, silva and caz had equal fixtures it would be bale and mata for me.
But Caz's fixtures are very tempting.

Cazorla is avging 5 pts per game if take out the reading game - it would still be on pace for 175-190 pts per season. Add to that the odd reading like game, and also his potential in higher scores if his accuracy slightly improves and he is still a potential 200 pt per season player. For me that is good enough to qualify as a season keeper. Take away Bales Hat trick this weekend and he is not much different in total score. Santi will play just about every game as well.

Get Fed, the only GWs I'd fell uncomfortable playing Migs are 32 (che) and 38 (tot) Fed has SOT and whm those weeks. I see GW31 as the only problem

Interesting. Guzan fits the bill well, but is a little expensive! Southampton work well as well, but that's a bit of a lottery with their defence, plus their keeper seems to change around quite often.

    USB Ports

I right clicked on the first usb port in Device Manager and selected “update driver software”

How do you want to search for Driver software? Automatically doesn’t seem to do anything so Browse for driver software on My Computer seems my only choice but I don’t know where to go from here?

Let me pick from a list of device drivers on My Computer gives me 3 choices for each USB Driver

    Example

    - Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller – 27CB (Intel)

    - Intel(R) 82801G (ICH7 Family) USB Universal Host Controller – 27CB (Microsoft)

    - Standard Universal PCI to USB Host Controller

If so, its unlikely to be a driver issue if other USBs work, it more likely to be a drive letter conflict.

Right click on your "computer" icon (or My Computer if its XP) and go to "Manage".

On the menu on the left click the little triangle next to "Storage" and "Disk Management" should drop down. Click on this and you should hopefully be able to locate your USB drive in the middle pane. Right click on it and select "Change drive letter and path" from the context menu and change the drive letter to one thats not in use.

        Hope that helps!
