With a packed festive programme providing hat-tricks for Santi Cazorla, Gareth Bale and Theo Walcott, it was a period which again saw the heavy-hitting midfielder come to the fore. Incredibly, however, that trio were surpassed by the performances of a player who has rolled back the years to recapture a level of returns and consistency that we perhaps thought were behind him.
Probably would bench Walcott, but I wouldn't feel great about it.

Nastasic, doesn't look like he's nailed on any longer. Bear in mind Cuellar's prob injured, they haven't flagged it yet but - hamstring.
