Starting the season priced at just 4.5 in Fantasy Premier League (FPL), Raheem Sterling quickly cemented his place in many a five man midfield thanks to a consistency of game time under new Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers. Handed a first-team chance in Gameweek 2, the winger rose steadily in price to 5.7 as the bandwagon showed little sign of slowing down but a run of 16 consecutive starts was brought to an end in Gameweek 18, with Rodgers citing signs of fatigue in the youngster’s play:

    Alright so considering I have Bale, and will probably get Fletcher in the next few minutes before another potential rise........

    Would you play Vorm and Davies, or Bunn and Martin this week?

    I will have Cameron and Gibbs to go with one of the defenders listed above.

          sorry dude, it's late.....yeah possibly. I don't really get all this love for fletcher anyways. His current form is sure to end, as it did in the early part of the season. I especially don't like him as 2nd striker in a 352. Ba could crush Reading.

            Yea but you and I would look like fools if we kept agreeing on how risky the Fletcher move is, especially in a 3-5-2, if he kicks the living daylights out of the Swans. I do fancy Davies and Williams and co. to do a number on A.J and Fletcher and co.

            Hmm back to the drawing board.

            Keep Ba another week you say then??? He's already losing me and others money.

              Yep, don't worry to much about team value at this stage. Keep him for reading and see how Sturidge gets on. He has great fixtures on the horizon. See if Dzeko keeps his starting spot with Kun fit then move Ba on.

            either way, martin and bunn have little hope of returns. I like vorm, he's a good pick. Great penalty stopper and much better chance of decent save points. Bunn is hopeless hence Norwich will get crushed.

          Would you believe? I dropped Ba to afford Noble to Bale! Ba stuck me as too much trouble and stress, so I just went for it--I will be 3-5-2 for a bit at least. If I had Suarez I think I would stick: he can score any time. Although I have to admit I did what I did because I think Bale will do his thing against Norwich.

                  I would definitely consider Luiz + Suarez –> Baines + Dzeko(if he's in the starting lineup). Could be a glorious 1 week punt.

                  That Bale transfer also looks decent as I do fancy Bale to tear Norwich a new one.

                I don't think he will. He's only not lasting 90 now as he isn't match fit as he hardly played at Chelski.

                The extra cash with Sturridge is a much better prospect than Suarez imo. He'll score just as many goals as Suarez just less assists.

      So much more certainty in the mid options as I see it atm. Look at the points totals.

      I'm going 5 in MF (Bale and Mata)

      Up front to go with RVP, I'm thinking Remy plus Fletcher, and putting up with benched points.

      I am torn between playing Bunn and Martin and another set, and since I have Bale I am obviously not dropping him (bale that is). In order for me to convince myself to not play Bunn and Martin, I am thus convincing myself that Bale will go mental and get at least a brace and 3 BAPS!!!!!!

      Bale thus....gets 2pts and Bunn/Martin both get 6 pts. I hate this game sometimes and it's supposed to be fun.

        Just gotta order your 15 by expected score and play the top 11 mate! It doesn't have to be all or nothing when you have squad members playing each other. It's actually a bigger gamble when you play bale and no Norwich defenders, just as it is vice versa.
