The Saturday Surgery

This is no ordinary Saturday but, while a Wembley showpiece and the offering of just a single Premier League match provide distractions, we can’t allow ourselves to waver ahead of the penultimate Fantasy deadline of the season.

There is still much at stake throughout the mini-leagues and, indeed, at the very top of the Fantasy Premier League and Sky Sports standings. Wrestling with doubts, suspensions and the continued threat of chop and change amongst the Chelsea and City lineups, Gameweek 37 is far from routine.

As always, we’ve prepared a suite of articles offer some assistance, including last night’s Scout Picks and Differentials. The team news, together with our take on the Gameweek lineups can be found here, while this week’s ScoutCast also has a view on what may lie ahead.

    As soon as Chelsea get the lead you can see everyone trying to feed him and him making more attacking runs than ever. I'd not be surprised to see a big haul but I can't do it, not for -4 from Fellaini who in reality has a sweeter fixture.

      Same dilemna here. I'm simply not convinced on the attitude of the United match, and whether RVP will play more than 60. Though when I move it to Walcott, I'm convinced United will go all out attack and RVP plays a full match netting a hat trick.

  it's between RVP and Walcott for me, but I feel goals can come from anywhere at Arsenal while RVP is the main man and on penalties at United.
  
  Bale is being massively overlooked which could be dangerous for a player as essential as he is, despite the recent dip in form (which didn't prevent him from getting the points, like when they played Wigan...)

Desperate last words of a non RVP owner.
Last week it was all about differentials like Nani or Chicha, with RVP not too much in favour and likely to be rotated. Now that we find out the news that Fergie retires(which was well known probably months ago for the man himself when he promised young guns games in the last 2) For my sake I hope that bandwagon comes crashing down

And my gf got Rooney in her team, and she always gets it right when I dont help her 😀

Whats the consensus on Mata. I fear him starting on the bench personally and I’m thinking of selling him for Walcott…Mata appears to have a distinct pattern of rotation and these guys have the sports scientists uniquely personalising every players plan…throw in Benitez wanting to win something and its a noxious cocktail for owners?
