Versus – Ramsey and Barkley

With five weeks of the season now behind us, Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey and Everton’s Ross Barkley have been two of the biggest success stories thus far. Racking up 32 points and 25 points respectively in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game, the duo’s displays, allied with their mid-price appeal, continues to tempt huge numbers of new owners.

Drafted in by over 510,000 managers last week, Ramsey has already picked up over 144,000 transfers in since Saturday’s deadline and with 31% ownership, is now the most popular midfielder in the game. Barkley is not far behind – now residing in 27% of teams, the Toffees youngster is third in terms of midfield ownership, with only City’s Yaya Toure separating the pair.

have around 24.2m to spend, do you agree with the current 5 I have? changes?

With the remaining funds
A: Lambert + Ozil/oscar + moses/barkly...lambert has two crackin fix then bring in lukaku
B: Sturridge + Oscar + Ramsey

I'm not sure if this is brought up before here, but do you guys like the idea of having both Rooney and RvP the next 5-6 gw's?
It seems that the whole midfield of ManUtd is incabable of scoring goals.

  Doubling up on forwards rarely works, one will almost always blank, I tried it with Aguero Tevez and Dzeko Aguero in the last 2 seasons and it was awful.

  I'd do Walcott-Ozil today as you won't be able to afford the straight switch tomorrow, then wait for further news on Teke & RVP before doing anything else. If either are fit, you should have a reasonable 3-5-2.

Rooney or Suarez?

Am doing Walcott > Brady and Benteke > Rooney/Suarez. Depending on any late RVP news, may trade him out for the other option between Rooney/Suarez for an -8 hit.

Basically, this GW I will have:
A) RVP, Rooney, Sturridge
B) Suarez, Rooney, Sturridge
C) RVP, Suarez, Sturridge

Planning on keeping RVP on hold for the season, unless he will drop in price and I can get him cheaper. Which option is the best option for the coming GWs?

anyone had rio earmarked for this gw? if he starts the next 4 he's perfect but all of a sudden the pressure on him has really built, media and guys like us are picking up on things and that was before the 4-1 defeat.
