This is it. He's quite clearly a good player, but I don't think he's any better than most of us on here. With so many millions of players in the game it's almost inevitable that there will be someone that has a streak like his.
But you have to do some thing right. He has never been above 5000 mark..

Ronaldo and Messi are in total control of their shots... All Ronka can do is pick decent players and hope for the best, like the rest of us do. There's a lot of luck involved once the matches start, because it's totally out of our control.

His team isn’t too bad. With two free transfers and £1.9 in the bank, he could for instance replace Sigurdsson and Benteke with Phillips and Lukaku, and in the week after replace Allen with Stanislas. Then he seems to be nicely set up for a period.

I can see where you're coming from. I think we're immediately drawn to the number of digits we see. To be fair though over the last 5 seasons he's averaged 9319th where as you're 10984th and he's had a 3 digit finish. But yeah I'd think you're the better player.
vr is probably starting to lose some of his 60 40 calls in this period. however probability has already shined on him over several seasons if he keeps getting it 60 40 in his favour. its how casinos work

He's currently about 75pts off the top 5k, he has all his chips, I imagine a number of the teams above him will have used them already instead of saving for a double gameweek. He will do well, could easily make top 5k with half the season to go.

FPL is like Poker - a game with a big element of chance which can be moderated but not eliminated by skill and judgement.

I can't believe people are doubting him half way through a season this could be his worst season and still be 5k by the end. I don't know about other people but my rank always gets a lot better in the 2nd half as his will no doubt also.
