The Big Numbers – Gameweek 27

We turn to the Opta numbers next and roll out our usual post-Gameweek members’ article looking at some of the standout players across the previous round of fixtures.

Sergio Aguero, Jamie Vardy and Eden Hazard’s run of goals arrive under analysis, while we also cast an eye over Spurs and Everton’s recent displays in attack.

Meanwhile, cut-price midfielders from Brighton and Watford are finding form as both sides prepare for a run of four home matches in the next six Gameweeks.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Arsenal are definitely better than some of the crap that is in the CL - Basel, Anderlecht, Apoel Nicosia, Spartak Moscow etc. Unfortunate that there are not 6 places in the CL for PL teams and fewer in other weaker leagues.

The EL final has been dominated by Spanish and English teams in recent seasons. If Arsenal can make it to the final it will show that the Top 6 in the PL should be in the CL. UEFA hates England, but the PL has the money so doesn't care.

They need to do a quick CL tournament before each season to see which teams should play in the CL

I'm wondering if he is struggling with fatigue, he was one of the few first team players that participated in the FA cup too. Wishful thinking really as I don't want him confirmed as a major rotation risk in the prem.

    Through to BGW31. Have Kane.

I already had Eriksen ahead of KDB as Richarlison replacement (I have lots itb) just from fixtures. But unsure whether I want another spurs attacking player or defender. Very kind fixtures coming up.

Who fills the place of the one you don’t chose. One is a mid, one def so not a straight choice

            • 8 Years
            6 years, 2 months ago

Richarlison and Long/Ogbonna. Neither up to much. I have 5.3m itb. Slight plus for Richarlison is a GW31 fixture, although I should be able to get 9/10 players for that without hits, so not too worried.

Defender arguably more dependable over the next few, but Eriksen should be relatively low ownership and has higher ceiling.
