Over his eight campaigns, Adam Hopcroft has finely tuned a bespoke management style that pays close attention to underlying statistics, the Season Ticker and the good old-fashioned eye test.

With five top 10,000 finishes, including two within the top 1,000, it’s a strategy that has clearly paid off.

    What's the best way to decide which one to bench out of this lot?

    1) Doherty (bha)
    2) Holebas (HUD)
    3) Fraser (ful)
    4) Maddison (WHU)
    5) King (ful)

    Fulham have conceded 12 goals in the last three games so high potential for attacking returns for the Bournemouth pair. Will be looking to transfer out at least one next week before fixtures turn (probably King to Arnie).

    Maddison hasn't had returns in the last two games and has been taken off around 70/80 mins. Is this a problem? He looked dangerous against Arsenal and could easily have got a few assists but West Ham haven't conceded more than 1 goal a game in the last 6 matches including Spurs, United and Chels.

    Can't really look past Doherty's attacking potential and recent form although Brighton have had two clean sheets in a row with big Shane Duffy at the back.

    I am steering towards Holebas however clean sheet and attacking potential from set pieces is what's giving me a headache with this. This is the exact type of fixture he is in my squad to play. I am guessing he will come back straight into the starting lineup?

    Would be interesting to hear what others would do? Other two on the bench will be Tomkins and Stephens.

    Is VVD fully fit? I'm intending to double up on Liverpool at the back and I've got Robbo.

    My options are Pereira > VVD or Bennett > Gomez/TAA but for security of starts I'd pay for VVD - providing he's 100%.

      Get in Mendy or Ederson , if not you will miss city clean sheet, change trippier to Mendy , look good. Get more forward to occupy in the midfield so that chances is high for scoring.

    Worryingly, the Austrian said that he was playing through the pain barrier.

    "The knee is not the best but I am fit and I can play. I'm not training a lot at West Ham to try and my knee calm," he told Sky Sports . "It is going to take some time as I have some inflammation in my bone.

    After a game I need some rest for about two or three days. By the middle of the week I am training normally with the team, training in full."
