which key player in defence /midfield am i missing whether its an enabler, differential, must have etc...£26.6m left to spend

Same , its so difficult! i've been swapping and changing and justifying the big hitters for 4 days now....not sure if this helps but i managed to convince myself the following:

      I chose:
      Salah - is salah
      Kane - fixtures and form
      Pogba - Fixtures and form
      Sane - Best City asset

      Left out:
Hazard - many people have said you either go with or go without...i'm going without, fixtures arent the easiest (arsenal and city)...and i really fear that Benitez will just do his utmost to stop him and park the bus, we've all seen Hazard in recent weeks against parked buses. I also just feel Chelsea not as free flowing attacking machine as City, spurs, pool and utd recently and dont have as good fixtures
      .
Auba - i had him recently but moved him to Kane, Arsenal don't turn up every week and have tougher fixtures as opposed to spurs and the other top 6.

Sterling: I wanted him but chose Sane to have 1.8m to spend elswhere.

Aguero: i believe this season Sane and sterling have higher ceilings as well as Kane tbh

which left me with this team:
      Gauita/Fab
Lovren(to become Gomez next week) Taa Doherty Wb Bed
      Salah Sane Pogba Camarasa ?
      Arnie Kane ?

Until I found about Ings injury i had Sterling and Ings as these last 2. so then i decided to go for Aguero as my final big hitter and getting Delefeu as my 4th mid (had 16.9m) but i was just unsure on both picks, but after watching the City game yesterday I managed to fit KDB and Rashford who i think are both great options. if KDB isnt ready vs wolves i can swap to Eriksen after the Utd match.

haha sorry - i had meeting.
        all great advice thank you.

hazard is biggest consideration - however its at the compromise of the remaining 3...

i could pair Bednarek with either Digne or Doherty (and i already have them so would make sense price wise) if i kept Doherty over Digne, with Bednarek & Hazard i could afford Richarlison as my 4th mid.

        so Doherty, Bednarek, Hazard, Richarlison

If i got rid of Hazard i'd be looking at.

        Digne/Doherty, Bednarek/Cedric, Eriksen, Pogba

        this is the connundrum

Hey guys, 2 FT and 0.7 ITB. Looking to do Hart & Ings > Arnie and cheap GK but am short of funds. Patricio has City away so a new GK seems crucial. Any thoughts on these options?

    A - Hart & Jiminez > Gunn & Arnie
    B - Hart > Heaton and save 1 FT
    Other?

    Hart - Patricio
    Robbo - Shaw - Digne - Doherty - AWB
    Salah - Son - Pogba - Rich - McArthur
    Kane - Jiminez - Ings

I love Minnows kicking Big clubs out.
Wigan beating City for example 😉

Hahaha not biased at all though mate 😉 Do you actually watch the match though or just read about it later? I like an underdog story too but they rarely happen and the gulf is getting larger and larger. City played their 2nd team yesterday (only 4 regular starters) and still battered Rotheram 7-0. How is that entertaining?

TBH I watch very few cup matches as late kick off nearly kills next day as I am from India & 8 EST kickoff matches finish 3 am here 😛
But I watched that match as it was final.

But cup matches give Minnows chance to
          1. Play with good/better teams.
          2. Earn money though ticket's.
          3. Any occasion of them beating any PL team gives great feeling as when I am neutral I tend to favor the minnow/underdog.

As with any photo, it's a snapshot moment in time.

Agreed it looks like a salute with possibly a moustache movement.

But another photo take a second after, it's a waving right hand with a left hand cupped over his mouth to make himself heard.

This won't make any sense unless you've read the linked article.

    Thoughts on this WC

    Playing 541

    Guaita speroni
    VVD TAA Robertson Alonso Digne
    Haz Eriksen Sterling Pog Camarasa
    Auba Kamara Quanor

It’s very different, but feel I could shoot up in the ranks with a heavy defence since everyone is going cheap.

I can bring Salah in this week but it will be at Fanderson's expense. If Salah goes up, I will be priced out of my next transfer which I really want to do (Lovren to TAA). I think Fanderson may do well this week, especially in light of Koscielney's injury. Make the move after tonight's match or not?

    1. Simmoo

I'd argue that Koscielny not being injured may have been better news for WHU attackers...

But yeah me too, I had to move early on a Salah in Anderson out before I was priced-out. I am slightly concerned not owning Anderson, but not owning Salah could be more problematic.

Hahah harsh but maybe fair. It actually may mean that they play 4 at the back which means they will have to put a creative midfielder in which will mean Arsenal do better in an attacking sense. Ozil will probably play which could go either way, but it could be Ramsey.

I do not like Button personally. He is only temporary replecament of Rayan. Remember, that there will be DGW and having playing GK may be beneficial. I know that nowadays we do not know which teams gonna play DGW but taking non playing golkeeper means sure transfer in the future. Rest of the team is fine

Still hesitant on whether to get Salah in. He has been lucky with the dodgy penalties for his last 2 12 pointers. Otherwise he would have had mediocre returns. Still rarely gets any bonus. Won't captain him in the next 3. Without him, I can have Hazard,Sterling,Sane,Mane Richa,Arnatauvic and Wilson front 7 in a 352.
