Asking myself the same question. Have Sterling, concerned he's benched and consider Mane

looking at using 1 FT to for one of the following - 3.6 ITB - thoughts?

    Cantwell to D Silva
    Mount to De Bruyne
    Diop to Alonso

    team is

    Leno

    Rico, TAA, Lundstram
    Sterling, Mount, Mane, Cantwell
    Vardy, Abraham, C Wilson

    Kelly, Hayden, Diop - Button

Thinking about Capt Salah rather than Aguero or Sterling. Spurs have conceded the same amount of goals as Villa with a better keeper than they have now and he's the only one of the three nailed on to start. What do you reckon?

did rough EV calculation earlier and seems that sterling needs to play ~65 mins in order to equal salahs points expectation. so it’s really close imo

wouldnt equate villa defence with spurs. spurs defence (and team) broadly same as last season and they were ok then.

i look forward to a salah perma-captain when their fixtures turn in a few gameweeks. That being said, I do think he's a solid option this week for sure, although I wouldn't be surprised if spurs put up a decent fight to try and right their sinking ship

Salah is never a bad option, but Spurs are more than capable of showing up all of a sudden. They are still a very good team with very good players.

I don't think he's a bad choice and can definitely see him in the points, just think Sterling and Aguero have the potential for bigger hauls this week. I have Salah and Sterling with the C on Sterling however if I had Aguero I would have the armband on him.

    2 questions I'm struggling with.

    a) Play Lundstram(whu) or Dunk(EVE)?
    b) For this week - CHO + TAA or Son + your answer in a) + 4 points

    Cheers for any help.

      a) who are your other defenders? 1 goal conceded in 4 for Sheffield United is hard to ignore
      b) don't fancy Son to return this week but Burnley usually pretty stingy at home so tough choices. Form says play CHO (assuming TAA recovers from illness)

something i'm definitely interested in. Would be more than comfortable captaining one of salah/mane over sterling during the festive schedule. Of course sterling can always haul but predicting when is tough.

A big factor for me though is owning a maximum # of Pool/City assets. I'd like 3 of each in my team: clearly the best 2 teams in the league. I'd most likely keep robbo and taa and probably just own salah. As for city, it makes most sense to have at least 2 attackers as their defenders don't offer the same points threat as city

City over a festive period is always fun. Imagine if Sane was fit too! At least you can captain one if they are benched the game before. Salah and Mane ‘safer’ you’d think minutes wise but Pool December schedule is mental. Kane may be back in the reckoning around then.

Sterling always capable of a haul, so just have to roll the dice.

What’s going on with Hanley on FPL stats? He’s gone from -19 to -50% and back again last few days
