    America and TAA
    To
    Sterling and Coufal (or Cresswell)
    -4

    Yay or nay?

        Captain America aka Pulisic.

If you can get Cresswell over Coufal then go for him. From what I saw he's on WHU FK's and corners so will have more assist potential even if he's playing as part of the back 3

I made the following move before the price rise-

    Coady to Bellerin (for free)

Was it a good move or should’ve I rolled my FT to next week?

    Mendy
    Bellerin Zouma Justin Lamptey
    Ziyech Zaha Salah
    DCL Vardy(C) Kane

    Martin Grealish Oriol Kilman

    On WC, any recommend move?

    Play Lamptey or Grealish?

  4. NATSTER

£0.3m ITB. Any move is worth a hit of -4 pts?

    Martinez (Steer)
    Robbo - Lamptey - Kilman
    Salah - Son - Rashford - Grealish - Zaha
    Kane - DCL
    Sub: Brewster, Saiss, Mitchell

    (A) Saiss -> Tierney / Bellerin ... missed the rise of Bellerin as I still hesitated with his attacking potential
    (B) Saiss -> Zouma / R.James ... Zouma looks good value, but R.James at 5.0m looks attractive
    (C) Saiss -> Cresswell / Coufal ... just not much confidence in WHU defence if they switched to attack the favourable fixtures
    (D) Saiss -> Cancelo ... looks good, but fixtures are probably not right yet

    1. Balls of Steel

There is some merit with all the options you have mentioned. I personally don’t fancy WHU assets but that’s a matter of opinion. Would you not consider moving Saiss to Coady? Sorry, it may come across that I’m trying to get retrospective info re the move I made earlier but it’s a genuine question really.

Coming fixtures look difficult for Wolves : lei / SOU / ars / liv

It looks better for me to offload Wolves Defender at the moment as I also have Kilman.

No need for a -4 imo. Perhaps worth waiting a week to see if James starts again - if he looks to have his spot back he's great value.

    Dear friends

I’m really concerned that I did a panic move from Coady to Bellerin to beat the price rise and used my second free transfer this week.

    Which of the following apply

    A. It was a great move
    B. It was an average move
    C. It was a stupid move

    Your responses would be appreciated.

      Nah

    2. Vazza

Not in my opinion and here’s why

Werner is subject to rotation risk due to the CL games

Positionally, Werner loves drifting to the left to leave space in the centre for other players

Jimenez is Wolves’ out and out striker who is nailed to start every week, on penalties. Wolves will naturally up their game in bigger fixtures.

So in my view, Jimenez to Werner is a downgrade.

Happy to discuss further if need be.

If you have already made the move, don’t overthink the decision now retrospectively which is exactly what I’m currently doing with my Coady to Bellerin move - think the entire FPL community knows that by now.

Ok cool. DCL could outscore Jimenez over the next 4 to 6 gameweeks so it wasn’t a bad move.

For me yes, Wol fixtures look awful. Have only seen them briefly this season but they look a bit disjointed. Chelsea have a nice run of fixtures, Werner for all his faults, is a predator and Chelsea are pretty decent going forward

I currently have Robbo, Son and Kane who are season keepers despite their fixtures. This is my playing style.

The reason I mention the above is because I would personally not sell TAA unless he was injured.

I sold Coady earlier despite earmarking him as a season keeper originally. I’m feeling very concerned now to say the least.

I hope the above is useful mate

    Mendy
    Chill - Robbo - Dallas
    Salah - Son - Grealish - Pulisic*
    Kane - DCL - Bamford

    Steer - Saiss* - Stephens - 3.9

    A) Save FT
    B) Pulisic > Ziyech, Mahrez, Havertz, Foden, Bowen, Mount?
    C) Robbo > Cress/Coufal
    D) Saiss > Cress/Coufal

Currently between C or B (Foden) - not convinced Foden is first choice and Zaha has good stats. Would probably bench Barkley (ars) for Zouma (SHU) this week if going C.

It's frustrating owning Barkley while Grealish plunders the points but in isolation Barkley himself has been posting ok numbers and they have decent fixtures so I dont think he is a priority to sell. The manager hinted that a shift in formation in the second half which involved moving Barkley to a no10 helped them gain rhythm.

So I'd do the Mitchell to Chilwell move

Pure opinion here - I don't expect him to start this weekend, probably on the bench.

Wonder if Werner putting in 90 has any effect..but I’m guessing Frank gives him the 2 weeks to rest, doubt he plays international. But still would wait til Friday, look at what happen to James a couple weeks ago

Kane for the WBA fixture then move to Werner? I mean if you don't want to waste a transfer then go for Werner (based on fixtures and bit of form). I still think Kane is a better option even with the tougher fixtures.

I personally dont think you are late. The way he's going, hes a season keeper. But fixtures do turn a bit sour after this GW so might be better options out there. Im sticking with him unless his form really goes down.

      Everybody is due a rest.

The schedule is very not player friendly.

Not sure the rest variable can play into decisions, unless we are talking true rotation.

It's interesting that Grealish, Zaha, Barkley, and guys like that don't play in Europe and are not National Team regulars. They will play much less than guys like Rashford, Pulisic, Chelsea Germans, and other stars.

Do we still think Zaha is a troll? He’s never done particularly well for me in the past, but this season he’s playing up front and is on pens (and we all know how well that worked for Mili in previous years).

Looking at the stats, only Salah has a higher xGI than Zaha of all midfielders, which is really impressive. And with great fixtures to come and priced fairly at 7.4, I’m starting to think he’s a great option.

    Interested to hear your thoughts!

Sitting on 3.8m ITB with 2 FTs.

Prefer to not waste FT while planning for City (def, KDB) and WHU options for GW9 onwards.

    Best options please?

    A) Zaha > Diogo Jota punt
    B) Zaha > Ziyech
    C) Riedewald > Jota/Ziyech (3-5-2 and bench Wilson against Soton def)
    D) Targett > Cresswell (Planning ahead)
    E) Targett > Cancelo (Planning ahead)

    Squad:
    Martinez
    Dallas, Lamptey, Chilwell (Kilman, Targett)

    Martinez - Forster

    Kane - DCL - Watkins
    1FT, 1.4 itb
    Really stuck....

Who need to go first, Saiss or Havertz?

Leaning toward to dump Saiss first, and hope Havertz can play in gw9 and can get KDB in gw10 without hit (i hope).

Tempting to do Havertz to Rashford/Ziyech but worry about my backline and need hit(s) if i want KDB in gw10.

The goal keeper situation is not good with both being dropped last week 🙁

Agreed, but surely they both got rested. Pickfords already confirmed for manU

I would go for Coufal and save the 0.6m

    A) Foden > Zaha (Bench Saiss)
    B) Foden, Saiss > Ziyech, Coufal (-4) (Bench Robbo)
    C) Saiss > Coufal (Bench Foden)

Dont need Saiss this week so it's not priority to remove him as I have 3 good starting defenders in Robbo, Lamptey, and Chilwell. But I can only get Ziyech for Foden f I also get rid of Saiss.

    Thoughts?

just save FT for 2 FTs after ib, that would be wiser imo

You may keep Foden as City fixtures will get stronger. Saiss also not in threat losing his spot,
