All eyes on well-owned Kane and Son in final fixture of Gameweek 15

The final match of Gameweek 15 sees Wolverhampton Wanderers entertain Tottenham Hotspur at Molineux.

Kick-off in the Black Country is at 19:15 GMT.

Those Fantasy Premier League managers who handed the armband to Son Heung-min (£9.7m) or Harry Kane (£11.0m) in Gameweek 15 will be hoping their nominated captains can take advantage of Mohamed Salah‘s (£12.6m) unexpected blank earlier today and gain ground in the overall rankings.

Kane and Son were the second and third most-captained players of the current Gameweek.

Among the top 10,000 FPL managers, there were fewer takers:

Both players feature today, maintaining their 100% ever-present starter status in the Premier League this season.

There are four changes for Spurs from their previous top-flight fixture.

Matt Doherty (£5.7m), Davinson Sanchez (£5.3m), Harry Winks (£5.2m) and Ben Davies (£4.6m) are all handed recalls.

Serge Aurier (£5.2m), Moussa Sissoko (£4.8m) and Toby Alderweireld (£5.4m) are benched, while Giovani Lo Celso (£6.9m) is injured.

Adama Traore (£6.1m) returns to the Wolves starting XI as boss Nuno Espirito Santo makes three changes from the side that lost to Burnley last time out.

Fabio Silva (£5.2m) and Fernando Marcal (£4.8m) are also recalled.

Budget defender Max Kilman (£4.2m) is benched, along with Rayan Ait-Nouri (£5.0m) and Owen Otasowie (£4.5m).

Willy Boly (£5.4m) and Gareth Bale (£9.3m) aren’t involved in their respective clubs’ squads.

Kane and Son are the only two players on show tonight who have an effective ownership in excess of 10% in the top 10,000:

Wolves XI: Patricio, Marcal, Saiss, Coady, Semedo, Moutinho, Neves, Traore, Podence, Neto, Silva.

Spurs XI: Lloris, Doherty, Sanchez, Dier, Davies, Reguilon, Hojbjerg, Winks, Ndombele, Son, Kane.

      It always has been. There’s about 60-70 valid players that should be picked from but the ones of them that do best each week is essentially a lottery. Someone gets lucky and calls it skill.

        71 points, no hits. Matip 7 pointer outscoring Robbo/Trent despite being injured and subbed in the 59th minute. Dias & Stones double up doing me proud. Ollie Watkins coming through with 11 points after weeks of bad luck. More than halved my rank (292K -> 131K) despite Salah(C), Son & Kane all blanking! Happy days.

      Rank has gone from 93K to 534K in the last 4 weeks. Trusting in Son and Kane last 2 weeks is killing me me. I don't want to sell them before Fulham and Leeds, but Spurs don't know how to attack. Watching them play at the moment is painful.

      - Watkins and Chilwell to TAA and Brewster (8 points lost).
      - 5 weeks ago did Martinez to Mendy: current tally is 21 points lost even though Martinez has played 1 less game.
      - 34 all out despite my team having amazing fixtures. Dropped 220k places.

      Smooth: Martinez and Bruno I suppose. Brought in Dallas for one of the Chelsea lads and he kept a clean sheet but Christ they looked ropey. Money league leader only got 27 so made some ground up

      Rough: Stupidly played Coufal over Targett, thought there wasn't a lot between them defensively bit Coufal had the extra attacking threat. Also had Soucek on my bench for a total of 20 and over 50 points benched in the last 4 gameweeks

      Steady 56 points even with Salah(c). Bruno, Bamford, Soucek, McCarthy and Walker Peters returning. Managed to halt a slide of 300k over the past two weeks and moved back up 130k to 544k. Wildcard active!

      I am falling down the overall table faster than Spurs after a score of 38:
      Last minute swap Soucek and McCarthy out (10 & 6) for Grealish and Mendy (2 & 2)
      Thought i was being clever saving a transfer. A Gameweek rank of over 4,000,000 says that was a mistake.

    WC active. Plan is to BB in 19 but save the FH chip for later as I don't like the gw18 fixtures at all. What do you think about this team?

    - not sure on Grealish but he's in form, plays gw18 and I bought him for 7.0 so loads of value tied up
    - Wood or Rodrigo?
    - Cancelo or Stones? Cancelo seems nailed for now and can be covered by bench anyway
    - would love Vardy but can't get him in without totally destroying the balance
    - don't like Chelsea's next 2 fixtures so I'll be getting James/Chilwell/Zouma before 19 deadline
