Mane, Matip and Pogba benched as Man Utd host Liverpool in Gameweek 9

In the final match of Gameweek 9, Manchester United host Liverpool in a mouth-watering clash at Old Trafford.

Kick-off is at 16:30 BST.

Manchester United make three changes from Gameweek 8, with Marcus Rashford (£9.4m), Fred (£4.9m) and Scott McTominay (£5.4m) replacing Nemanja Matic (£4.5m), Paul Pogba (£7.6m) and Jadon Sancho (£9.0m).

Bruno Fernandes (£11.8m) also starts despite heading into the game as a doubt.

For Liverpool, Sadio Mane (£11.9m) drops to the bench with Joel Matip (£5.0m).

As a result, Diogo Jota (£7.5m) starts in attack alongside Mohamed Salah (£12.8m) and Roberto Firmino (£8.9m), while Ibrahima Konate (£5.1m) partners Virgil van Dijk (£6.6m) in defence.

Curtis Jones (£5.0m) is a substitute having missed the last two games with a groin injury, but Fabinho (£5.4m) and Thiago (£5.3m) miss out completely.

    Premier League's Flagship game of the weekend and you lose at home 5-0. What a joke. What an incredible end to the weekend. Lot of united fans deserved this humbling it was a long time coming for them.

    I'm gonna say this every week until united fans get the memo. Man utd are finished. They've been finished ever since City came along and took over Manchester. City have stamped their authority and it's hard to become the best team in england or europe when you'll never be the best in your own city

    102 points this week, made a bad decision on selling Jota for Havertz, but still happy with the score. Second best GW score this season for me.

    Probably will roll the free transfer this time.

    Might have to get rid of Greenwood and Ronaldo, but they have Tottenham next, who were not great either this GW. So probanly will keep Man united guys for one GW ant sell them on GW 11.

    Ronaldo has been the worst transfer I think I have made in 16yrs of playing. 6pts over 4 games. In comparison:

    Broja (5m) 17pts
    King (5.5m) 22pts
    Hwang (5.7m) 25pts
    Dennis (5.2m) 16pts
    Benteke (6.3m) 16pts

    I can accept that you can get variance from game to game but over a 4 game period? I have no words.
