Premium Members Area update: Compare FPL player stats across all outfield positions

Subscribers of Fantasy Football Scout may have noticed a recent addition to the Premium Members Area over the last few days.

Previously, users could only view certain player stats by position – for example, looking at the goal threat of midfielders or the distribution figures of defenders.

Now, however, we have introduced another option that allows Premium Members to study various metrics and include all outfield players in their results.

You can find this filter in the Player Stats menu under Outfield Players, as shown below:

So, for example, we can see directly how Trent Alexander-Arnold’s (£7.8m) creativity matches up with other players further forward or, as seen below, how Joao Cancelo‘s (£6.6m) attacking threat compares with midfielders and forwards:

      People avoiding cornet because of burnley they have 9 goals in their last 4 games

      I know they aren’t amazing but I think we need to start thinking of them a bit differently when it comes to scoring goals

        Agreed but it is difficult to make that "luxury" transfer when teams are missing the likes of Chelsea WBs, Cancelo, TAA, Jota etc

        Most are working towards a midfield of Salah, Son/Foden, Jota and another. Cornet is a fine pick but I prefer Raphinha or Gallagher for that last spot.

          if i take out benny i only have 6.7 to spend - so only cornet trossard or a cheap spurs player like moura seem like options atm.

        I went the same, I’m happy with gundogan for the next 5 or 6 and he had the ball in his hands for the VAR penalty and city are a better team when he plays vs when he doesn’t ie Palace

            Agree with this. Premium defenders are the go-to at the moment. Only slight issue is losing Rudiger over the December period who is likely to play the majority of the games

              True, I could ride with Rudi and hope for a daft assist or goal whilst securing starts. If you average the points out, would James beat Rudi despite a rest?

                That is a tough one to call. He often makes marauding runs with the ball and popping off shots. Also offers a good threat from set pieces. Long term James is the better pick.

      Morning all. I currently lead my mini league by 70pts but 590k overall. Really unhappy with how my team is balanced (x1 4.4m & x1 4.5m in midfield).

      Current team with 1 FT:

      Sanchez / Steele
      TAA - Chilwell - Dias - Livramento - Williams
      Salah - Raphinha - Foden - Brownhill - Sissoko
      Kane - Antonio - Jimenez

      I am thinking of a risky -12pt hit to do these changes:

      Dias > Cancelo
      Foden > Jota
      Sissoko > Gallagher
      Antonio > Toney

      Leaves me 0.1m ITB. What do you think I should do?

          My life would've been made easier had I sold Vardy last GW, but hey-ho.

          Can get a 5.8 fwd in for Ant if I bring in Jota for Mbeumo so not necessarily fodder. Don't think there is any feasible way to bring both James and Jota in this week.

          It is very possible imho, Tuchel was speaking very highly of him. Although not sure if he would fit in that pair of two ofensive midfielders behind the striker (in 3-4-3 as Chelsea often play). For me it looks like he's better as a box-to-box midfielder, quite similiar to Lampard.

      Is it time to really start considering a captain choice of TAA, Cancelo or James? TAA and Cancelo are consistently hitting double figures, have great fixtures and beating Salah scores, just something to think about going forward.

        They're noth bad captain options imho (although they won't be hitting double digit scores every week), but Salah is just above anyone else. Captain choice is right now the slighest worry imho.

      How long is firmino out for? I see lots of people struggling to get Jota, but wasn't news that who would be back sooner than expected? Something like kid December (1 to 3 games away?)
