Mark Sutherns and El Fozzie react to the events of Double Gameweek 29 and look ahead to the weekend’s games.

They’ll also be discussing their own team and transfer plans for Blank Gameweek 30.

      Can you possibly afford another Wolves DF? Kilman isn't nailed, which is annoying as an owner.

      I think they have a decent CS chance though.

          probably kulu or coutinho if i was you, or toney if you fancied a punt and thought that could be a 3-2 kind of game which i think it could be - if you have no value tied up in salah and really instinctively want to do that move then yeah, but i'm not totally convinced it's worth it

    Very over-reactionary takes regarding the Son v Kane debate.

    Yes of late Kane has got better returns, but Son missed big chances and Kulu/Kane both over performed.

    Classic case of variance always evens out over time, definitely not worth a -4 to switch the two, even if it paid off for some that does not make it the right play.

      Very much hoping the variance goes the other way this week! I do feel Kulu has affected Son's output a bit though and Kane looks back to his best, but I agree that it's not worth hits to swap them.

        I have seen people say this too, but again seems results orientated.

        Leeds game, Middlesborough game - Son 4 shots on target both games, Kane one shot on target both games - Kulu started both.

        Everton game - Kane scores both his chances, Son misses a big one.

        United - Pen but 0 np xg/xa for Kane.

        Brighton - yes this has seemed the tipping point away from Son, but regard as an outlier among all the other games Kulu started, of which Son has had alot of chances.

      I agree. I am keeping patience with Son, will decide after 30 and 31. (although I will have Kane on 30 with FH).

      I still think Son will score more points than Kane till end of season.

      it kind of puts Kane on -8 to start with which makes me think it's not worth it, plus you may end up with other fires to fight and need further hits, so i'd say no

          yeah long term move for rest of season makes it seem better when you put it like that - as long as you can still afford salah and confident kulu keeps his place (i think he will fwiw) - it also gets rid of a Jimi shaped problem in the process

          yeah, plus i think Toney has temporarily (and maybe lucky, plus penalties) found his scoring boots, and Leicester have been leaking goals all season, i just think he has more chance of getting a couple of returns than Maddison, i could be very wrong, but Leicester have also just progressed in Europe and Rodgers seems to be rotating his squad with that in mind - i suspect Madds plays, but i would still worry about limited minutes
