Man City v Newcastle team news: Bernardo, Foden and Mahrez all benched

In the final Premier League match of the day, Manchester City host Everton at the Etihad Stadium.

Kick-off is at 16:30 BST.

Pep Guardiola makes four changes from the side that lost to Real Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday.

Kyle Walker, Bernardo Silva, Phil Foden and Riyad Mahrez drop out, while Oleksandr Zinchenko, Ilkay Gundogan, Jack Grealish and Raheem Sterling come into the starting XI.

As for Newcastle, they make three changes, as Jamaal Lascelles, Sean Longstaff and Chris Wood replace Fabian Schar, Jonjo Shelvey and Joe Willock.

Kieran Trippier and Callum Wilson, meanwhile, make their returns from injury as substitutes.

      I think he's a good manager and obviously Leicester underchieved this season, they have to do much better with the squad they have. I think they will give him next season.

          About Rodgers though, overall the job he’s done has been pretty good. Did completely bottle top 4 twice though but more success than failure. Leicester shouldn’t get carried away thinking they deserve much better, though they probably will.

            I think he was very lucky to have had Suarez and Sturridge in his corner when they were tearing defences apart, although I'm a little dubious about people crediting him with bringing Coutinho to the PL. Overpriced Southampton players seemed more his level, and look how long it took to get rid of them.
