So im tempted to go BB week 1, FH week 2, WC week 3 due to
    - the uncertainty / lack of fitness of the likes of Foden / saka / palmer from week1
    - Haaland pricing , but needed week 2
    - New FT carry overs and lack of dgws in future meaning FH is less important
    - Fixture swings across the first 3 weeks
    - Some players will be locked into week 1 due to proper pre season and its easier to pick 15 starting players for BB
    - Easy to go without City week 1 with the Chelsea fixture

Potential BB week 1, FH week 2 draft look very nice based on the fixture swings to mostly target newly promoted sides

    week 1
    Fleeken, Forest keep
    Porro Burn Dalot White Mykolenko
    Bruno Salah Gordon MGW Odegaard
    Wood Isak Havertz

    Week 2 :FH
    Henderson
    TAA Porro Robinson Gvardiol
    Salah Eze Foden Andreas
    Haaland Muniz

    Week 3::... into WC

How come you're dropping your Forest attackers GW2 for Southampton? That's the juicier fixture (than BOU) imo.

But Andreas and Muniz could be CHO and Wood easily

Oh no I would keep them, was thinking maybe drop a defender (Robinson) for Wood

Higher than I was after using no chips.

I'm definitely BB week 1 but FH week 2 seems like overkill to me. If Pep does put out a weaker team against Ipswich then you are completely ruined.
On this strategy you would only have 1 FT in week 4 is that right? Meh.

        Whats your BB1 team?

I have looked at going BB1> -4 to captain Haaland, but would mean probably means selling Salah for a hit

Unless i keep funds to remove Bruno + Havetz + 3mil which seems excessive

Probably about template for BB gw1, triple Newcastle and triple Arsenal the only guarantees. No Liverpool defender and no Salah... currently.
It was mainly to have Haaland from gw2 but I'm thinking I might avoid him even so as Watkins v Arsenal isn't horrendous and it's a 6!? million saving.

I think Salah is a must for the first week, Ipswich play very open at home, i can see both teams scoring in 2-2 like game

            Id want some coverage there

Haaland actually home to Ipswich maybe not a huge score as they may sit deep but warrants 3 city coverage. Im of the plan to only have Haaland as captain in the season

Also on the WC week 3 there are very nice swings which could get on early.

I fancy Ipswich to embarrass Liverpool in week 1, try and picture it. TNT, early Saturday kickoff, Portman Road packed, Slot's first game.

Also I think Soton are the team that will get pumped so Isak (C) makes Salah unnecessary. Might have Jota, will assess.

Yes could be the case for sure

Its why i only have Salah for now

No plans to get him in over the further weeks?

New rules make BB1 even worse choice than it used to be. Now it's easy to use saved transfers later, when good chance occurs, even on sgw.

5 transfers are irrelevant, if there aren’t many doubles and you plan to use 5 transfers to set it up in a single week, how is that different to not using 5 FTs now to set it up in a single week?

You could argue you’re wasting those 5 built up transfers for a single week when you can do it all for free now, in a single week.

What logic am I not seeing?

Surely you don’t need to use the FH, you could just go straight into the GW2 WC & save the FH for a better opportunity?

I have calculated points scored with and without Haarland from last season and with scores 1795 ,and without 2143. This includes Watkins, Iask, Palmer and Foden

      Haaland missed alot of games

And the alternatives have gone up alot in price

IF you knew now the new players who will give 2000 points but are in the price bracket 6mil -8mil then you are obviously going without Haaland

However i think the best option is to only bring in Haaland for captaincy , and never have him if not captaining

Based on fixtures that looks like these weeks , wk2, then week 7-10, week 14, week 18-22, 28 -38

You absolutely don’t need Salah or Haaland this year BUT both usually start GW1 fast & both have had a complete Summer off, what’s the point of risking it?

    Week 1, Raya, Flekken
    Dalot, Saliba, Burn, Gvaudial, Mykolenko
    Palmer,Odegaard, Foden, Mainoo,Eze
    Isak,Watkins,Joao Pedro.
Going for bench boost whilst everybody is playing

Why spend 5.5 on Raya and have a 4.5 GK as well?
Defense looks decent. Although worried about rotation for Gvardiol. Last season a bit above 2000 minutes?
Further missing a Liverpool cover. Given their fixtures i would definitely want at least one player.

Salah, Trent, Badley are possibly good options, VvD and Robbo okayish. I think I would prefer starting Ars def over them, but early WC is a possibility also.

Just made my first draft. How would you guys rate this team?

    Sanchez (Iversen)
    TAA Burn Mykolenko (Robinson, Barco)
    Palmer Foden Salah Eze Rogers
    Isak Havertz (Muniz)

Of course waiting for information on:
    1. Chelsea GK situation
    2. Potential Eze move.
    3. Availability of Foden en Palmer in GW1

    1. Eze Really?

I’ve seen a lot of Myko inclusions but think Everton relegated

Palace will struggle too so I’m avoiding Eze

Rogers would be great but need to see the friendlies in the next couple

      Other than that looks good

It's annoying I know, but thoughts appreciated.

Light defence, but that gets me Eze (assuming he stays at Palace) over a Forest mid.

    4.5 / 4.0
Porro, Andersen, Mykolenko / Konsa, Barco
    Salah, Palmer, Foden, Gordon, Eze
    Watkins, Havertz / 4.5

Lowest Score Wins leagues are back!

Pick your team using your entire budget then ‘set it and forget it’, with no transfers, chips, etc. used during the season. Lowest score wins!

    Classic: https://fantasy.premierleague.com/leagues/auto-join/i46foq
    H2H: https://fantasy.premierleague.com/leagues/auto-join/cynn5t

The rules are simple but bear repeating in relative depth:
    1. Use your entire budget to pick your team. You must have 0 left to spend when the season begins.
    2. Do not make any transfers once the season begins.
    3. Do not use any chips during the season.
    4. At the end of the season, the team at the bottom of the table (having correctly followed all rules) wins.

    Hi guys

which combo is better or advise other ?

    1) Saka
    Nkunku
    B.Fernandes

    2) Ødegaard
    Eze
    Foden
