The first of two Saturday fixtures gets underway at 12.30 as West Bromwich Albion welcome Liverpool to the Hawthorns.

Today’s big teamsheet news sees Roberto Firmino drop out of the visitors’ starting line-up, although Jurgen Klopp keeps faith in Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane elsewhere in the front three.

With his Golden Boot tussle against Harry Kane going right to the wire, Salah goes in search of a fifteenth double-figure haul of the season today.

The Baggies’ backline, meanwhile, have managed just a single shutout in their last 11 attempts.

Mane also boasts fine form for today’s early kick-off, with four goals and three assists in the Reds’ previous seven league outings.

The Merseysiders arrive on the back of a series of resilient showings, conceding just five times in 12 matches across all competitions.

Jay Rodriguez looks the man most likely to breach the visitors’ defence, having scored in three of the last four Gameweeks – including last Sunday’s winner at Old Trafford.

    Klopp has ran Salah and Mane (once he returned to full strength) to the ground. Hasn’t bit him so far, but dont you think other managers would have a bit more reserve in playing their key players like this before a huge game?

      Mane was injured in the early part of the season plus had a 3 match ban and salah has had a few rests

      I don’t get people saying this. They haven’t locked up top 4 yet. He’s rested 5 guys. He doesn’t have 2 different teams he can play each week!

        Yeah, perhaps that’s where the difference is. Mou and Pep can play a wildly strong second team wheras Klopp doesn’t have that luxury.

            But how has he ran a player into the ground who has only completed 90 minutes on 9 occasions in the league? It's the end of April. Liverpool have barely featured in either domestic cup competition too. Some of the best and most consistent players in the world play 90 minutes each week.
