Shaw misses trip to Watford as Hornets line-up unchanged

Luke Shaw (£5.1m) missed out on a place in the Manchester United squad to face Watford in Gameweek 5.

The left-back has reportedly recovered from the concussion he suffered playing for England last week but manager Jose Mourinho has refused to take any risks with him.

Former Hornet Ashley Young (£5.8m) takes his place in the United back-line alongside Chris Smalling (£5.8m), Victor Lindelof (£4.9m) and Antonio Valencia (£6.5m).

Watford are unchanged from the side that beat Spurs in Gameweek 4.

There will be plenty of attention around Jose Holebas (£4.8m) and Roberto Pereyra (£6.3m) who have both made excellent starts to the season.

    Looking at a -4, transferring Auba/Walcott > Mitro/Hazard, but that Agüero injury makes things more difficult.

    Should I consider Salah > Hazard, and Agüero> Mitro if it looks like Agüero won't play next GW?

    Did the Salah > Hazard move a couple of weeks ago and the Southampton game was always the big worry.

      It’s so true what psychological researchers find about cognitive bias and humans being wired more to care about losses rather than gains.

      I thought Zaha would at best be a starter carrying an injury, Tomkins and Fraser both no shows so I should be ecstatic at their returns but find myself seething at late goals costing me Robbo and Cook CS’s 😀

        Scored well, but not comparably high with some of the scores posted on here in the last half hour. Regardless though, I certainly feel that I wildcarded at the right time which brings much relief. I wouldn't have had Hazard, Maddison if I hadn't pulled the trigger. Certainly feels like there's been a major swing in the template since GW1, so I'm content to have taken the plunge.

        He might not have the best stats, but Maddison sure does pass the eye test. Not expecting him to be on penalties unless Vardy is off the pitch, but that being said he could've easily scored from open play today - swings and roundabouts.

        Bennett and Patricio tomorrow whilst I'm at work, so hopeful of coming home to twelve further points.
