If you're still boiling your veg you are living in the stone ages.

Get a steamer or steaming colander to fit on your large saucepans and the veg will cook perfectly and retaini most of the vitamins and minerals..

Of course this is the best way to eat them, organic of course and preferably grown by yourself.

It's a fact "them" hate us being self reliant.

          Why organic?

Worse for the environment and no more nutritious.

Could be an interesting debate ... based on alleged extra deforestation to grow crops organically I think

Exactly, it is easy and healthy and avoids the factory farmed chemicals that are known carcinogens entering our bodies.

No need to tear down any more rainforests we have so much farming land already if we are talking large scale. We uselessly waste so much land on crops designed to feed and fatten animals which we then eat. Why shouldn’t we just eat the veg we grow rather than feed it to our food? Land and a lot of food saved which can be redistributed to those who need it.

Its worse for the environment that I grow my own vegs in my garden than buy stuff that has been transported all over the country or even across the world by ship and lorry? Nice Big Vegetable propaganda bro

#saintsfc manager Ralph Hasenhüttl fascinating on Cedric today when we chatted....

Said Cedric is training but he’s decided ‘play the young guys (Valery) in that position’ and so Cedric has to wait and when the moment comes he ‘maybe gets a chance to play’

    Stall set out ...

As per Adam Blackmore, a saints itk.

Valery 4.0m seems nailed on for now!

The best way to sum up any TAA vs Robertson debate is this:
As a TAA owner, you are always gonna be nervous and jealous of Robertsons points, but as a Robertson owner you wont ever wish you had TAA instead.

There is a massive price difference tho

        2 quick questions lads:

        1) Rather captain Pogba, Haz, Kane or Sane? Currently on Pogba for the form+fixtures combo, but eyeing Kane as a safer option as I haven't nailed a captain pick in a while.

        2) With a team of:
        Fab Hamer
        Alonso Robbo Doherty Digne AWB
        Haz Sane Pogba Snoddy Diangana
        Kane Auba Jimenez

It'll be difficult to get Salah in without losing one or both of Kane+Auba. Not doing it yet but how would you go about it in a few weeks (hope he drops in price by then, or stops rising at least)

        Advice please...!
        current team for next GW

        McCarthy
        Alonso / Lovern / Digne
        Hazard / Sane / F.Anderson / Richarlison
        Kane / Rashford / Mitrovic
(Begovic, Wan Bissaka, Doherty, Hojberg) (1 FT, 2.9 ITB)

        Should I do
        1. Hojbergg > Pogba (by downgrading alonso/mitro -4 hit)
        2. Get decent GK
        3. save transfer???

        A. Haz in this week or
        B. Auba in next week

okey, i'm in some trouble in the league and need some advice.

        A. Sterling -> Son the next 2 gw's and then turn him into Salah.
        B. Sterling + Robbo -> Salah and TAA for a -4.
        C. Hold.

        Current midfield/attack
        Sterling / Haz / Rich / FAnderson / Diangana
        Kane / Wilson / Ings

With the Spurs firing on all cylinders right now and Son being red hot I think I want him for the next 2. Don't know if it's worth Sterling tho. But with their poor form and huge rotation risk I tell myself it is. Help a pal out. 🙂

          Pogba & Martial

Lukaku and Sánchez lurking rules out Rashford and Lingard for me.

Pogba most nailed but it feels like his points is not sustainable. The way Solskjær wants to play suits Rashford better than Lukaku. Sanchez could play on the right wing since they are seen as a unit, constantly changing positions. If Sanchez ever comes back to what he was, we´ll have to wait i guess. Rashford currently in my team, fairly confident he plays vs Bournemouth and then have to evaluate. Could go Arnie and Martial for Rash and Snoddy next week.

I am not afraid of hits, but I would wait one week on that anyways, and you'll get to do it for free. I don't think Hazard (vs CP) necessarily outscores Sane (vs Southampton) by 4 points this one week. Sane having liverpool next makes it a good move for next week.

Ah. Well, if you think he's not going to start then yeah, do it this week. Hazard not going to get less than 4; depends what your autosub would be I guess.
