fair play to Shearer, he used the phrases "suck them in" and "pick them off" back-to-back on live TV

Button/Ryan safest in short term. I have Guaita and looking to bring in Ryan (who I hope can play until Guaita is back - hopefully by GW 27, when Ryan (and Button) will blank). But there's some chance Ryan could be rested this week and Button might get one more game.

They really struggled to get out of the pin under Mourinho. Now they escape the attack and keep possession. Transitions are much more smooth when you're not hoofing the ball and playing with confidence.

Last match was really weird, and their expected conceded is much lower than what they actually let into the net.

That said, they often concede one, meaning CS wipeout.

How about McCarthy? SOU looks a lot better these days, even defensively! Other than that, Etheridge looks a good shout, CAR has three CS in last five matches.

Yes. Got McCarthy meself. Gunn played one game, as Hasenhuttl told he looked at him for that game in particular, but that McCarthy was the number one for now. McCarthy has also played well last 2-3 games.
